Very nice hostess with cute Wiener dog.
The Wiener dog was not for sale.
Rooms Parking Location
We brought our dog and felt we were all welcome.
Our stay was as perfect as possible.
Very close to downtown shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds. Nicely furnished rooms.
No air conditioning. Rooms very hot, making it difficult to sleep. Very steep staircase going to upstairs rooms.
Friendly staff. Victorian style.
No DVD player.
The Inn is very quaint and clean. The attention to detail in comfort and in décor is excellent. The owners are very friendly and interested in their guests. Every room has its own bathroom and TV. The outside sitting area is very relaxing and was enjoyed after a day of Bluegrass.
One day the staff missed our room in making the bed and changing the towels. Not a big deal and the owners were very apologetic. We received extra candy in our room the next day :-).
Very helpful, accommodating staff!
The owners thought of everything for a visitor's comfort. Especially nice were the outdoor patios and the coffee room upstairs. Bed and bedding were very comfortable. Wonderful location.
Not a thing.
Historic home on beautiful street but up a few blocks from main tourists, so quiet. Had a choice of rooms and was allowed to check in early. Linens nice and plenty of pillows.
Flat screen tv was small - normally wouldn't care but I watched U.S. play Belgium during stay!
The charming rooms and friendly staff made this a very special stay. The cute little kitchen and the lovely garden area were big pluses. Location was walking distance to all.
Rooms were a bit small but still comfortable.
Pretty much everything. The room itself was cozy, clean, quiet and inviting; plus, the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on anywhere! The bathroom was supplied with plenty of towels, etc., plus shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel. Staff was outstanding. Terrific location.
It didn't matter to me, but others may be disappointed that, although it's listed as a B&B, breakfast is no longer served. However, there's a charming screened in patio affair that has coffee, tea, condiments, a microwave & refrigerator, and a place to sit. The management might want to tell people when they book that no breakfast is provided.
Linens, front yard was fun, great shower
I would of loved coffee maker in my room, perfect otherwise
Clean attractive room and very helpful and hospitable proprietors. Excellent location in easy reach of local restaurants etc.
The rooms were very clean and the location is great, very close to town
The rooms are tiny, all bed. The water did not get hot enough. I took a bath and just ran the hot and it wasn't hot enough in the slightest.
The room was chilly. Is there no central heat?
Position on edge of downtown, decor, facility to use the terrace garden. Pleasant and friendly welcome from owners. Tea and coffee facility in sun lounge.
We so enjoyed our stay here with a wonderful feel and comfort of a quiet get away. The Broad Street Inn is our place to stay. The walk to downtown is short with lots of stores and "good" places to eat. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will return soon and stay at the Broad Street Inn. I'm looking forward to our Christmas holiday visit.
Oh, this is funny, but we like flannel sheets! I'll bring mine next time!
We loved our cute little room and the location. The owners were very nice and friendly.
Nothing to complain about.
Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Loved waking up to the smell of coffee. I would definitely stay here again.
Very neat and quaint inn with management that readily accommodated our needs (e.g. Late night arrival)
Pet friendly, people friendly, close to downtown
THE OWNERS WERE SO KIND, AND THE INN WAS BEAUTIFUL. EVEN THOUGH YOU WERE RIGHT DOWN TOWN IT WAS VERY QUIET. GREAT TIME.
The room was cozy and clean and quiet. The patio was always stocked with tea and coffee. Information on local events was abundant and the location was terrific. Lots of wonderful little touches like hallway lights that turned on as you entered the room, bath lotions, etc.
Beautiful place rooms small but cozy own restroom.
Room was extremely hot all night
Very low key and a quiet and pretty place. Bed was comfy, the room small but lots of storage options, hangers, hooks etc.( a pet peeve of mine at B and Bs)
Our room was cold and we didn't adjust the electric heat high enough I guess, the directions were a little hard to understand. We prefer to sleep with heat turned down, but too cold for that and no down comforter available.
