I like that the hotel room was clean.

The location was perfect, right in between downtown and fishermans wharf. The rooms were very clean and updated. Very close to bus stops and little resteraunts.

Great value for money, good location, its walking distance to downtown, marina, china town, everywhere. we reco this place.

Rooms were smelly , the elavator was not working properly, so preferred to use stairs for carrying suitcase to 3rd floor, the blanket was very old and smelly we found a bug in our bbed in middle of night.

Eric at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, room are very clean and excellent value fo money, and the location is great for someone wanting to see the whole city.

The elevator is kinda creepy but it all adds to the charm!

We got a discount on a room on a Friday night because we came in past 10PM.

They would not give the same rate for another night!

Enjoyed my stay there, went with 4 friends visiting San Fran for 3 nights as part of a longer trip in the US. Perfect for a group not expecting two many creature comforts and seeking value. Staff were very helpful. In a cool area with lots of bars within walking distance.

It was perhaps a bit noisy at night but we were out late (and probably the ones making the noise) so that did not bother us at all.

Clean, great room, friendly staff

Reception refused to accept my Pre-paid Travel MasterCard Credit Card. All other hotels, car hire and EFTPOS no problem, just the Inn on Broadway.

The room was clean and had a fridge and coffee making facilities with free wi fi. It was fairly easy to get around with a bus stop just outside and some nice places to eat within a short walking distance.

It was very noisy being situated on the busy 101 and few of the other guests shouting to each other and running up and down the walkway at all times of the night and early hours of morning. There was alot of "sexual" activity going on next door at regular intervals possibly honeymooners but doubtful. There was a girl beaten up and taken to hospital at 3.30 one morning from the room on the other side of us and and more shouting from some guy to a girl a cpl of doors down to stay where she was and take care of his business!!

The young man at the desk was helpful.

It had inconsiderate guests who were fighting in the middle of the night.

Dirty

Clean room, quiet, comfortable bed, clean towels, coffee percolator and coffee sachet, everything I needed worked just fine.

On the pricey side for what it was, but that may just be San Francisco, plus the punitive State tax.

Free parking.

Bathroom had sink with tiles broken off. Not as close to Pier 39 and other attractions for walking.

There was very clearly a prostitution service running out of the room across from us the entire time we were there. The staff seemed to know about it and not care.

Location was nice - good restaurants nearby and walkable (40min or so) distance to Fishermans Wharf

Unfriendly staff, fridge/microwave did not work. Rooms were very basic (missing some drawer handles etc), but clean enough. Breakfast very basic but we expected this from the reviews we read previously.

Fast service and enforcement of no smoking policy.

Night staff is a bit unorganized.

Moved me around each night and gave me the wrong rooms. Was the worst experience. No communication between staff. A disaster. I deserve compensation, didn't even get an apology. Nothing!
