Inn on Broadway  

Easy access to all points in San Francisco. You can catch a bus right at the hotel.

Noisy. Old hotel and not sound proof. Can hear traffic and people walking around all hours

We first spend two nights in another motel in SF before we moved to this one. The prices of the rooms are really low and you get free parking, which makes it a motel with an excellent price/quality ratio. A bargain compared to the first one. A broken lamp got fixed within a day without us asking, which seems to indicate they have the maintenance under control. The motel is just as loud as many other motels I stayed in between LA and SF. It's only 1 block from Polkstreet, which has some great restaurants north of Broadway. It's only 3 blocks from the nearest cable car which brings you to Marketstreet or the harbour in style.

I had to tweak my Wifi settings a bit on my Iphone to get it working, which usually seems to work just out of the box. As said before, the motel is just as loud as many other motels I stayed in between LA and SF, just buy earplugs for a good night rest or double your budget for your room.

Proximity to downtown without the price of union square or (as much of) the less desirable elements of the Tenderloin

Although there is fewer speculatively "shady" people that use the motel as compared to the Tenderloin and adjacent neighborhoods, they can still be seen around but everyone is very respectful, private and no trouble or complaints

The room was very clean, modern furniture and fixtures, bed very cozy and comfortable, nice sheets and bedding. The best part of the hotel is the room. And I enjoyed free parking in the city.

The only thing I have to criticize is the garbage that was strewn on the ground in the garage, riff raff that were sitting in the walkway of the hotel, like it was their front porch. Thankfully the inside of the room was absolutely no representation of what it looked outside. I would stay again because the price is excellent for such a nice room.

The room was clean, The bed was comfortable. There was a microwave and refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was also very good and the parking was free. It was noisy, but ear plugs took care of the noise. Because of the positive reviews other people had written on the Inn is why I booked it and I agree with everything I read about it. I would stay there again. We stayed 7 nights.

The reviews I read said it was noisy so I brought ear plugs. The appearance of the building had given me second thoughts about booking it, but I had seen the reviews of the Inn on another website and booked it with you.

Casual, relaxing, no hassles, free parking, and convenient.

Location and the room.

There's were no captions on the remote or the tv. We r deaf and there's no subtitles or caption so we could watch tv. But other than that it was really nice place to stay.
