le frigo, le micro onde, le fer a repasser a disposition dans la chambre, la reservation d une navette pour l aeroport faite par l hotel. le manque de renseignements de la part du personnel |

Situation pratique pour visiter San Francisco, chambre tres confortable , spacieuse, tres equipe, et parking A l'angle de deux grandes avenues, peut etre legerement bruyant niveau circulation, tout depend de la situation de la chambre, je suppose ! |

Location wasn't bad. Rooms were ok, most with flat screen TV's, although I didn't get one. Hotel offers free wifi, although good luck using it. Don't bother asking the staff for help, as they have absolutely no idea!. They say just click and connect to their wifi, but easier said than done. I was using another unsecured wifi nearby that my computer located. |

Location was very good. You can walk to coast and Chinatown and cartrain and buslines were near. If you are satisfied quite low service, but location is important, this is a good choice. |

Convenient to public transportation. Refrigerator & microwave were bonuses. Very noisy from street and other rooms (could hear doors slamming,etc.) |

The location was very convenient at arrival - contrary to our amended date the hotel expected us a day earlier , communication ? The card/key to the room was not working so every time we needed to go into our room the receptionist had to open the room for us, there is no remote contol in the room, housekeeping didn't come on the 1st morning - no explanation ? ! The reception staff was not too accommodating .We were saved by one member of staff at the end who was friendly and helpful. All in all with the above mishaps it was not bad , it just wasn't faultless .. |

The room was clean and will centralized to various attractions in city. The TV's were old and missing remotes, I was told by the hotel staff that they were to be updated to new. |

Proximity to the centre of the city and ease of parking. Rooms really need to be aired and well ventilated between guests. Very stuffy, used smell in the room. |

Room is clean with new furnitures.If I know it was motel to choose, I was fine.But I didn't know it was motel.The security is very loose & I couldn't sleep at night. Only new furnitures & internet connection. |
