This was our first time staying at the Broadway Plaza Hotel but it will definitely be our first choice for the next time we visit NYC. Fabulous staff, perfect location and wonderful facilities. Couldn't ask for more !

Attentive staff that was personable, helpful and friendly. Stayed in the only room on the 13th floor and it was so quiet!

No lobby and no restaurant, but coffee and tea 24/7. We had a large room w/marble floors, but no rug. An area rug would have warmed the place up. Very comfortable bed and great pillows.

Staff were very efficiant and always on hand if you needed them.

Didnt like the fact there was no lounge area with seating and tv area and also no bar to sit and relax in would have been good to have somewhere to sit after checking out of room at 12mid day as flight was not until late evening.

The staff were very helpful, room was large, very clean and reasnobly well equipped except that the king bed flopped sideways with even the slightest movement which meant a lot of disturbed sleep for both of us.

This is really a budget hotel with a breakfast room smaller in size than a bedroom and only able to seat about 14 people so most including ourselves had to take the limited continental breakfast items back to our bedroom. This was inconvenient because there was only one chair in the room and the bed was too high to use as a seat so one of us had to stand or lie on the bed when in the room.

Freedom to get about the city the doorman's was very friendly & helpful to us

The breakfast was bland could have been more choice available disapointed there was no bar facilities

I liked the location of the hotel and especially the view from the room of the Empire State Building. I also liked the room and the comfort provided by the room. Friendly staff and very helpful.

I did not like the fact that the hotel charges for Internet access. For the price of the room per night, Internet access should be free.
