Sheridan Hotel  

I've stayed here before it is clean and the price is reasonable I would recommend others to stay there

the rooms were clean

1. noise from 3AM on, people talking,wall- banging heard every shower in the place. 2.room smelled liked dead fish. 3. breakfast was like a free for all, when they ran out of food, i asked if they had more and I got a very cold "NO". not a friendly kitchen atmosphere. 4. Location was scary, razor wire does not make it friendly. 5. picture of room on booking.com untrue

the only thing i like were the parking.

The room was not clean it was dirty had to get house keeper to clean the room agian. Went to taik to staff about the room the Management staff were real rude didnt care about what we said only the money.

The peacefulness and the convenience of the location. Awesome!

The first time I stayed their a month ago Customer service was so Disrespectful. This time customer service was much best.

I work for one of the number 1 fashion footwear retailers in the world and my company normal used the marriot for employee travel but this time we decided to use the sherridan. My experience with this hotel was horrible. When I first arrived I was given misinformation. The front desk manager gave me a room key to another guest room. Then he gave me a second room key and while I was in the bathroom someone walked into my room. I will never use this hotel chain again.

I liked the room it was cozy, roomy and bathroom space. I also liked the staff they were friendly and welcoming. I also like that there is free breakfast and the cafeteria is nice and there is a variety of breakfast to have. Plus the rooms are very affordable. I'd definitely go back.

Im not crazy about where the location is but its not a bad location. Like they say dont judge a book by its cover. I've lived around the area so trust me its not really a bad place just because the way it looks.

The continental breakfast. The hot waffles. Check-in/out is done very quickly.

The hallways smelled like marijuana. The room didn't have a smoke detector and was only set up for one person ( one towel n 2 pillows). Had to call for more but they came quickly. The wifi wasn't working. Couldn't get a steady signal. The bed was extremely hard.

Booking.com reserved a room for me that wasn't available and I ended up paying more for a room I didn't book

Parking spaces r to narrow

There was nothing myself or my husband liked about this hotel.

There were dead fish in the corners on the floor in the bathroom, no smoke detector on the wall, door lock would not work. Do not stay here! I have been fighting with this hotel since we arrived and I am getting the run around. There is never a manager on duty that has any authority. Stay away, Stay far far away!!!!!

I liked the price and the close location to the Whitlock Ave subway station.

My room was on the first floor to the left side of the building and there was a rather large, recurring noise - don't know if it was the heating system, plumbing system, etc. but was loud enough to wake me up and so if I have cause to go back to the Bronx for a stay I will def. Ask for a room somewhere else in the hotel. Staff at front desk very nice and the room was very nice as well.

The service was great and the staff were veyr professional and helpful.

The rooms are clean and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxing. The staff handles requests promptly with a smile.

Good location, close to subway station. Clean and cozy rooms. Comfortable beds. Individual heating in the room.

Thin doors, depending on the neighbours it might get noisy sometimes.

Very reasonable priced for a New York City hotel. I've stayed at worse hotels for a higher price. Clean. Desk staff very helpful, calling a cab when I needed one. Standard, but good complementary breakfast. Free parking in a dedicated lot right next to hotel. Location not a garden spot, but very easy to access highway and get around City. Subway was a short walk, although would be cautious about late night. Non- smoking room was smoke free and pleasant.

Mixed smoking and non-smoking hotel, so ocassionally got a waft of smoke. Nothing excessive, though.

It was clean and comfy.

All the extra taxes. I booked for $79. And paid $94. I didn't think or would be that much.

The room was clean, roomy, you felt welcome and the breakfast was good and the price was right. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would stay there again.

Zee, Patrick and the rest of the staff is extremely friendly. I always feel at home when I stay there.

I love everything about this hotel. However, I would recommend they give discounts or a free night to repeat customers:-)

Terrible location. No clock in room. No smoke detector in room. Bathroom sink cracked. Very noisy. Only one vending machine in hotel.

Staff was very friendly.
