Front desk rep..very rude. Breakfast was ice cold. Guests where loud, and very fresh! It's not a family place!!
Location And that there a few more jobs added to this area.
Wish they had a hot tub/ jacuzzi.. Nothing deluxe about these accommodations.. Kind of ghetto much like the surrounding neighborhood.
Costumer service was very bad! And extremely rude !
Dirty beds, musty smell, couldn't get a password that worked the secured wifi, satellite didn't get major channels, water cooler had mold and dirt in the water with a post-it that said don't use.
Private and alone
Was no movie channels
Ice machine did not work and no blankets in the room
i loved the beds they were so soft and comfortable the space was big and very clean
the noise from upstairs sounded like banging all night
Bed was comfortable.
Not enough pillows, and not enough linen on the bed....comforter. There was no washclothes.
Well i dont know what I liked, I don't think I liked anything about it , just that it looked it pretty good when u go in the lobby and the room
Tub was dirty with used soap from previous ppl who stayed, in the toilet there was 5 ciggs with so much aches that the water looked black , there was marijuana clip on the of the room, maybe even the sheets weren't changed lol
Everything was horrible no hot water no heat writing on the walls no towels no sheets
They rent rooms per hour and overcharge out of town people. They have rats and the front desk staffs attitude is disrespectful n rude.
The access card into the room didn't work several times. They're having a mouse problem. The bathroom sink was clogged. The room smelled poorly the entire time. Not an enjoyable stay at all!
Staff were nice
Location in "most dangerous part of the Bronx;" no comforter or blanket on bed, holes in sheets; many questionable guests who asked for the "short stay rate"
Location was convenient.
A month before the holidays I received a call stating the room was not available. After a lot of diffaculties I was able to gets the room that was reserved. Little did I know the bathroom in the room was not wheel chair accessible. The room was changed again to a smaller room with a much smaller bed on the third night of my guests' stay. In the smaller room the bathroom was in terrible condition. It was an unhealthy condition to be in. It was very stressful and inconvient for my family and my guests.
The hotel is convenient, and clean
The breakfast fruit was old
The wardrobe closet door was hanging off it's hinges, very tacky.
The shower was good with the exception of the shower head.. It is too high and it points all the way to the back wall. Also the towels could be bigger. Otherwise very nice hotel.
Broken toilet sit, loose toilet, hanging from the wire smoke detectors, ripped wall paper, can't order movies.
The tv and heat worked. The bedroom lights didn't but the heat worked.
The customer service was terrible. Te conditions of the building inside and out looked like some "funny business" was going on there. The ELEVATOR was out of service, so i felt bad for those who had to walk flights of stairs with their luggage. The vending machines were completely empty (you know while staying in a hotel, you get hungry)! The lobby and parking lot traffic was sketchy and the hotel room doors were dented from being kicked in. Soo, by the time I got to my room, I was ready to take a shower...the water was cold. I felt like I was in a movie and I was the next victim. I was ready to leave that hotel by the time I walked in the lobby.
Shower was either cold or scalding. Noise a huge issue. Everything in illrepair. Pictures very misleading
The staff is horrible. They won't give your money back if u don't like the room. I saw a bug don't know if it was a bed bug I left fast after. The rooms smell It looks like a place u go to take a prostitue for a quick lay
We where suppose to stay there for 3 days, could not do it. They made us stay one night, but refunded us for the other two days.
The blanket had a bunch of cigerette holes in it. We asked to be switched to another room. The shower had a continous leak in it. We switched to another room, the chair was leaning to one side. the tall chest like closet where you hang your clothes at, the door was broken of the hinge. The room reaked a terrible smell. The elevator was broke.
The room was clean, roomy and what I needed for my stay.
Smoke smell in hallways.
The friendly smiles
There is nothing I can tell.
Room was clean
To loud in the location
