Close to little saigon where food are cheap
The shower head can only aim at my chest and not my head unless i kneel down lol im only 5'11.
After reading some previous reviews we were very hesitant to come to this hotel but we were very surprised and relieved, don't believe everything you read. Very friendly staff, went out of their way to help us. The rooms were clean and comfy, as with most hotels the TV reception was poor but that's nothing. Pool was big and clean, location is quiet and not far from major destinations, 10 minutes from Disneyland, 30-40 from LA. We paid more and got a lot less in some of the cities on the west coast so this was a nice change. Would recommend this hotel to others
I didn't like anything
Sheets where dirty shower head was dirty walls dirty as well floor wasn't vacuum over all the stay was uncomfortable and unpleasant!!!
Hotel was good and comfortable . For a 2 night stay it was perfect for my 2 year old son and my husband and i (:
Front desk was very nice and helpful
Water marks on ceiling, some out dated furniture. .
Location and the ambience was perfect...!
Breakfast served was not upto expectation.
Loved that it was located very close to the house of blues.
The room had a weird nasty smell. The breakfast consisted of cereal, not enough muffins, and there was no juice.
Beds where supper comphy and it was not one of those loade places it actually nice and quiet.
The vending machine did not have any water all3 of them
Parking Young guy on staff was excellent to work with and accommodated request
Pillows - sand bags Bedding - dirty No coffee available Towels were poor quality Towels were rough Walls were dirty One soap One shampoo, conditioner for 4 adults Few outlets Musty smell Elevator smelled
I enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning. The lady at check in was very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was decent for the price you pay.
The pool was not so clean. At the end of check out they tried to charge for a service I did not use. At check in I was charged $20 more then what was quoted. The hallway and rooms smelled. One of the rooms had no screen on window.
The smell the breakfast worst hotel I've stayed in
I liked how close I was to the convention center which is where I spent the most of my trip.
I didn't like the fact that while getting ready for a day out at the Namm Show in my room I was greeted by a roach which was crawling on my floor. I went immediately to talk to the staff. The lady said no, I don't believe you, I told her it was dead in my room you can look at it yourself. I was angry, and thought what do I have to gain by saying something like that to a hotel. To my surprise the lady staff there said I will give you $5.00 off your cost, then after some talking gave me 15% discount off my stay. I felt that was a slap in my face. I will not come to that location again, who does that? I felt a better solution could have been made.
The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic.
Clean room, fair price
Staff complained about us checking in late in the day even though they said that it would be fine, and they didn't give us the room we wanted because of it
Price was affordable compared to staying closer to the convention centre.
The place was very old and a bit run down. The room had a microwave, but no plates or utensils of any sort, so it was basically useless. Air cond unit was old and really loud, and the vents were dirty and had rubbish in them. They claimed to offer a $5 shuttle to the NAMM show (preferable to a $20 cab) but on the second day we were told that their son who drove the shuttle was off work, or back to his real job, or whatever, and we were left to fend for ourselves for the remainder of that time.
Very nice staff, we didn't have any issue and it worth 100% for money. Breakfast was ok and better than nothing. We will be there again next year for NAMM!
Good hotel for the price very close to downtown disney. Staff was very friendly.
Steve was great giving us a ride to the NAMM show. And front desk was very nice to offer that service.
Every thing was great.
Relatively inexpensive hotel that is close enough to Disney and the Convention center. Pretty much exactly what I expected for the price. I just needed a clean comfortable place to sleep & a hot shower after being out all day, it provided that.
Charged a little more than my online reservation indicated. Not forthcoming with WiFi connectivity credentials. Non-dairy coffee creamer.... ick. All minor points that were not worthy of any bother.
The place is not worth any amount of money. I would recomend that Booking.com drop their affiliation with this hotel. The facilities are awful. They are ran down, the wall paper was falling off the walls, the lights didn't have coverings over them. The carpets felt dirty and dingey, I had to keep shoes on my feet just to feel comfortable. As for the staff, we had a do not disturb sign on the door while we were at Disney. The staff still entered our room and cleaned it. So much for privacy.
This was a great place to stay a couple of nights at during our visit to Disneyland. It would have been nice if it were closer to the theme parks but I'm sure the rates would've also been higher if that were the case. If you are on a honeymoon and will spend a lot of time in the room, this is not the place for you. If you are on a budget and looking for a decent place to lay your head this is definitely the place.
Breakfast consisted of cereal, juice, and pastries. Wish there was hot breakfast available, but there are several places to grab a bite to eat in the area.
The price was good.,,
The continental breakfast was bad, bad coffee, no fruit, cheap bread..etc
The staff should really make sure they clean the room. When i walked in my room the first thing i saw was a bag of trail mix hanging from the light fixture. Whoever had the room before me must of threw it up there and no one saw it yet.
