The pool is a main attraction. Rooms were clean.
Breakfast was first in first serve, so it meant there was no bread for toast, no milk, no muffins/biscuits, no jam, no honey and we had to go somewhere else to eat. There are only two tables, the rest of the people have to stand to eat their breakfast.
The bathroom was clean.
1st room assigned to had ants... 2nd room no mattress pad and faulty TV remote. Didn't look as if it had been cleaned in a while.
The room had sugar ants everywhere, the floor didn't look like it had been vacuumed and the bed cover looked as if there was blood on it, not clean!!!!
The pool was nice!
We got in after 9 and the manager checked us in, closed the office, and went to bed. We got into the room and the Pillows didn't have pillowcases! Just sitting in the middle of the bed. Called the office, of course no answer. Went up to the office... Knocked and knocked. Finally, figured that I'd try the windows next to the office...bingo... The manager. She gave me. Key to the next room... Can move or take those pillows. Ok. Got into next room... Nope... No pillowcases there either. However, that room did have floor towel mat, tub mat, and amenities which ours didn't. By this time, we are beyond tired and frustrated. We made it work.next morn, told the manager about the other room and the items we were missing. All she offers is $$off next time. Next time!? Like I'd stay again! We were on a road trip. Not a regular commute we make! Add to that she didn't go get groceries, too tired... So breakfast was even less than adequate for the people that were looking for food.
Manager was pleasant. Property in a convenient location.
They did not have breakfast as advertised due to remodeling and the rooms could use some updating. Overall not bad, but not great.
The kids enjoyed the pool
Waffle bar was broken.
The check in clerk was super friendly. She rocked!
Could not check in at 3:00pm they said there are so many people this weekend they were running behind in cleaning. Staff said they would call to let me know when my room would be clean never get a call, finally got my room at 5:00pm you should know that spring break is going to sell out maybe you should staff more help!!
Breakfast is a joke. The waffle machine needs to be supervised or taken out. Some kid poured far too much batter in the machine and no one could use it after that. Coffee is typical light roast and flavorless. Had the breakfast been better it would have helped a lot. Also, I noticed the ice machine was broken. $73 per night was too much for this room. We could have had the same thing at Motel 6 for about $50.
Very comfortable beds. The housekeeping staff did a good job.
The mattress had a huge stain going down the side of it. The mattress cover kept coming off throughout the night. The other guest were rude and loud and no employees said anything to them. We did not feel safe!
My kids liked the pool but the spa was not working.
The bed was uncomfortable and our heater in the room was not working properly. The toilet was not cleaned very well.
The staff was very friendly!
Ad listed pool and spa. Didn't mention it was closed. Even though they were outside a lot of facilities will still have spa open. And got to breakfast about the middle of the breakfast hours and they had no food left.
Great room plenty of space. bed was almost like home!
No fan in bath, no TV guide.
Staff, was being remodeled. Told us good places to dine.
The TV was small and remote didn't shut TV off or adjust volume. Only changed channels.
Cleanliness, size of room, location in town, ease of finding motel. And best of all, the price!
Nice, cosy place.
The breakfast wasn't the best
Wonderful service, great swimming pool, and very comfortable and clean room
I visited the area for a job interview. My husband was unable to make the trip with me therefore I traveled alone. The room was comfortable, clean, roomy, and most of all I felt safe. The staff was wonderful and I will be staying again!
The indoor heated pool was nice. In hindsight I would have parked my car close to the pool going from a heated pool to 50° air will definitely wake you up.
Unfortunately there is no comfortable seating and we had 3 days in a row of very cold showers in a nearly empty motel which ruined what could have been a good experience.
A nicely remodel room in a good location and friendly staff
When we arrived, our room hadn't been completely cleaned, and we checked in at 10:30 pm. We didn't have any towels until the next day. If someone flushed the toilet in a neighboring room, you would get scalded for a little while when taking a shower. The jacuzzi is out of commission until the summer months. We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. They now have new managers, no night staff available and the service was horrible. We went over for a softball tournament and at least 20 of us will not be staying there next year.
We spent our Valentine's Day night here because all other hotels were fully booked. There was a bathroom leak (dirty water dripping from the ceiling!!) right when we were getting ready to go to bed so the bathroom could barely be used. In the morning, the hotel manager Monique refused to serve us more breakfast items even we had still more than 10 minutes left. When we complained about the leak the hotel manager said it was out of her control because it was a maintenance issue. She was very rude and condescending about the whole situation. Very poor customer service! We will not be returning to this hotel.
I REALLY enjoyed leaving the place.
We got into our room 2 1/2 hours late---not entirely their fault , they had been busy the night before and also 2 of their washers had broken down. we chose this hotel because it listed a hot tub. after we got there we found out it was seasonal. didn't say that on the website---Breakfast was ok--not many choices and only 1 waffle maker --long line of people waiting to use it. small area--only 2 tables to sit at---very crowded.
large comfortable room, good location, easy to get to other places in town
there was no continental breakfast when we went to the lobby 45 minutes before they were supposed to close it down.
They said they are pet friendly but forgot to mention they charge $15 per pet until we checked in. At that point everything in town was booked so we had no choice but to pay. The place is old, not in good repair and didn't feel safe or clean. Homeless people were living behind our room in the bushes. Overall, we were not pleased with this place.
The price...until they tacked on $30 extra for our 2 small dogs.
