Sufficiently equipped. Nice kitchen. One bedroom larger above average. Keys after leaving don´t need to be returned to the office again.

Draft in one of the rooms due to a whole in the wall. And since it was freezing outside, it was not very pleasant feature. Inconvenient pick up place of the key, but we were aware of it ahead of time.

Location Price (but don't believe it is best value for money) Kitchen One of the bedroom was spacious and adequate. Apartment was clean

Toilet was not flushing properly. Had to manually flush the toilet. No DVD player Having to go to Manhattan (38th Street) to collect apartment key. You can only watch local channels not even basic cable. One of the Bedroom was very narrow. There was iron but no ironing board. Several power outages to a point that we were only able to turn on 1 AC for a whole day. One night (after 10:00pm) no power for 2 hours.

Staff was ok. Place clean as they responded quickly in a chaotic situation.

Beds were very uncomfortable. No televisions in any of the bedrooms. And basic cable consisted of several Spanish channels yet no children friendly channels such as Disney, Nick Jr. Etc.

I don't know if cleaning was included, but at one point we ran out of toilet paper and no one came to collect the garbage.

Having to pick up the keys in Manhatten was a big inconvenience. I was not made aware of this until after I booked the apartment. Also the reservation staff seemed to follow a set response to problems. No flexibility or help with problem solving regarding key pick up and luggage accommodations. After the initial disappointment and worry everything went well. For the price, great accommodations. Was only $75 per night per person (4 of us). The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet after 10:00 pm. The neighborhood was friendly. Low income housing accross the street but no issues with anyone. Great neighborhood restaurants and bars. Try the Thai restaurant Sage just 3 blocks away. Easy access to subway. Would book again.

Having to pick up keys in Manhattan.
