The staff in the front office was AMAZING. The price was great, and the rooms were clean. The pillows...I like feather pillows that I can mold to shape...but, really, how many hotels offer feather/down pillows? Also, I had a hard time with smoking being allowed on the "property" at all. The smoking wasn't a "problem" per se, as the smoking rooms are TOTALLY set apart from the non-smoking rooms, in a totally separate building...and the staff was sensitive to my request to be set apart from the smoking rooms. I'm just VERY sensitive to cigarette smoke...so the staff, and other folks smoking out in the parking lot was a drag (no pun intended). I'm an individual who would like to see smoking totally banned from the face of the Earth....!

very large ,clean room with acres of glass looking out onto the mountains to the south and west of the city. very comfortable bed and all very clean. I was in room 509. the traffic noise. the decor is not to my taste. no coffee maker in the room.

The room size was great it was quiet. Comfortable. I would definitely go again. Tv was way too small, if I had my family with me, I would need a pet option. We usually need that. Our whole family can't go if we can't bring our small dogs.

The staff in the main office was awesome. The pillows left a lot to be desired. We stayed two days and did not have our room straightened the second day. Our dirty towels stayed on the floor for more than one day.

Front desk person knew the area and was very helpful. Room was clean. We stayed 2 nights with a week in between. First night no soap or shampoo in room. Second night no problems. Great room for the price and quite.

When I walked in and told the attendant that I had a reservation, she knew my name without looking at the paperwork. The breakfast was just muffins and drinks, but the website was a little unclear about whether or not we would get breakfast anyway.

I expected Brooks St. Motor Inn to be a lousy hotel for the price but given that i only needed it one night it would do. I got there and officially decided I will never stay anywhere else in Missoula. It's affordable, spacious, clean, and the staff was very very friendly! We were very impressed! :)

The staff was efficient and the room was clean. It was an old 50's style facility but well maintained. It was an old strip motel with rooms that open to the outside. It was extremely noisy. There was little insulation in the walls and the street and parking lot noise came in unmuffled.
