The stay was awesome! It had snowed during the night and the staff cleaned off our car. Very friendly!
Very Clean Great Value
Toilet slow flushing
The value was good. Got a room with two queen beds for $53.
Tiny, kids-sized toilet stuck right up against the wall. Would have been nice to have more pillows on the bed and extra blankets in the room.
Friendly staff No problem changing room after we found our first room with a bit of a smell Tasty morning muffins Very clean
Cleanliness, location, value and comfort.
Shower is low, good for short people and difficult for taller folks. Carpet and window coverings need replacing.
Inexpensive, comfy and very clean!
Ease of checking in. Helpfulness of staff.
Very clean. Wonderful room layout.
Loud part of town. Hard to overcome white noise.
The price was right - $50. The room was large, with 2 queen beds and 2 TVs (not sure how that would work if each person was watching a different channel).
The room appeared clean on the surface but the stained carpet (several large spots stained a dark color or maybe melted/burned?) made everything else seem that much more icky: outdated, well-used fixtures and furniture, a bed that was very springy and worn, budget level sheets and pillows. Shower head had only one setting that was really harsh. Soap and shampoo were paltry.
Staff were nice and helpful
Didn't like the old smell in the room plus the smell of smokers on the main floor smoking constantly..noisy and I. General dirty appearance
Bed and bedding was old. Shower skweaked like it was going to fall threw ceiling
It offered sufficient quality basics, such as a bed and bathroom and tiny shampoo and soap and disposable cups. There were enough outlets available that I could plug in my netbook and phone. Also had cable TV.
There was nothing 3-star about this room. The hotel's web site shows pictures of a room with a fridge and microwave and nice, new looking furniture. Ours had none of that. The furniture was old and worn, the tub faucet leaked badly, and the heater didn't heat very well. Outlets were in inconvenient locations.
I enjoy everything about this hotel. From the perfect location, to the quiet clean rooms, to the wonderful employees. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I travel to Missoula.
The staff were very helpful, the place was quiet, the room was big and comfortable, parking was right in front of the room, and I could mail my post card in the lobby.
Clean and quiet.
Husband fell trying to enter the laundry room to use the pop machine. Steps were not even.
Accommodating desk staff
Towels are thin & rough.
I like the location and the room. For the price, it was very clean comfy and quiet.
There had been previous arrangements made with the motel on method of payment, but they charged my card and told me the refund could take 5 or more days. I still haven't received it refunded into my account. After check out, I contacted the motel regarding something I may have forgotten in my room. The gentleman that answered the room was sarcastic and unhelpful, stating that he's not sure he can help me, but he knows where all his own stuff is. Hmmmm, please just check the room.
convenient location. nice, big windows for plenty of light. nice, large room.
mattresses need to be replaced and firmer matts would be preferable. A/C heater unit made too much noise. Room could use some wall decor.
This place was really decent for the price. It was quiet and clean and the room was huge with two queen beds, a table and lots of open floor space. The bathroo area was massive and clean.
The staff was friendly. WiFi was good. The price was very nice, as I need to watch my budget.
The bedding was in need of an upgrade. The sheets were clean, but very flimsy. I kept catching my hand in loose threads in the bedspread. There was a dead bug on the carpet that looked like it had been there for a long time. To plug in my laptop I had to pull the desk away from the wall to get at an outlet.
Location just off major street and close to downtown.
Noisy location right on major street. Our room had the ugly smell of the sickly scent sprayed to hide years of smoking, rather than recarprting and redraping the room. We had to open windows and torn on the air conditioner to freshen the air.
Very nice stuff, that gave us a huge and very quiet room above the lobby with two almost separated areas as we were travelling with a baby - so ask for that room if you are also travelling as a small family...
Easy to find. Price was okay.
Giant spider in the room!
The carpet was bunched and stained black as if a gang of Hell's Angels changed their oil in the room, and the smell was terrible! That smokers room/disinfectant smell. Plus the fan in the bathroom was clogged with black fuzz. I took photos, but can't find any way to post them here.
Huge room--great bathroom size--wonderful price. I would stay again if I wasn't there for doctors--a ways from hospital.
There really wasn't anything I didn't like. It an older motel and we were there for doctors so it was quite a way from the hospital.
