Very pleasant clean hotel with friendly staff and easy parking

Clean, good location to Ashville attractions, quiet, good breakfast, good info. On attractions, knowledgable staff. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at end of afternoon.

Pictures a little misleading, normal views of roads and uncut grass, while they boast granite bathrooms, they are not maintained from damage and when they are, not finished properly

Location to Biltmore Mansion.

Facility was very clean and organized. The beds were very comfortable. Convenient to attractions in the area. Indoor pool was excellent and easy to access. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would return for another stay in a heartbeat.

the carpet was kinda beat - in need of repair the desk clerk was friendly but when i was standing at the desk the phone rang, he never acknowledged me throughout a LONG conversation with a guest asking about good restaurants in the area- just thought it could have been handled better than that ..

Nearness to activities we were there to see

Parking is insufficient....walking up and down hills creates a problem for some seniors

The rooms were nice, breakfast was good and staff was helpful. The location was good, next to Blue Ridge Parkway and close to the Biltmore Estates.

The parking lot is a little strange. But really liked the cover for some areas of parking.

It was easy to find. Check in was super simple. The room was amazing. Super clean, beds were very comfortable. Our room had the huge whirlpool tub, which was my favorite. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Check out was simple. We will definitely be back.

The breakfast area needed a few more tables.

All of the staff, from housekeeping to the front desk, were very professional and helpful. The hotel was very clean and quite comfortable.

The pool was being cleaned when it was supposed to be open. I think cleaning should be scheduled during closed hours. The pool and WiiFi were the main reasons for staying at this location. There wasn't enough WiiFi usage in the room to allow the kids to connect their game units. They were not happy campers :(

The frindly and willingness of the staff to accommodate me and my11 year old

There was something that kept me and my 11 coughing both night,so I did not get a good nights sleep. I also did not like the state troopers setting up speed traps near the Hotel.

we wanted a hot tub and indoor pool - they were were clean and it was great. Ambiance was warm and friendly - would definately visit again.

They had cleaning cart all lined up on the first floor hallway.

It was easy to get to. Close to sights. Very pretty.

I love staying there I am there sometime every week, it is so clean and everyone is nice. I recently stayed at a Double Tree and Brookstone was so much nicer.

A perfect place to stay with your family. Close to downtown!!! Our family will definitely stay here again!!

Good rate, clean room, convenient to Asheville.

Continental Breakfast was scheduled 0630-1030 but was being cleaned up before 1000. Food was not replenished at 0930 and there were no eggs or bacon at that time.

The location was convenient to The Biltmore, Blue Ridge Parkway and Chimney Creek Nat'l Park, our key destinations during our 2 days in the area on our way to St. Simon's Island, GA to visit friends.

If we had the HVAC on low-cool, it was too cool & on low-heat it was too warm. Otherwise, the room and amenities were fine. The package I made did not include breakfast so really can't give any comment on that. The breakfast room appeared to be clean and the hours seemed adequate for travelers.

Booked there to be in mts. and have great view. Had great view of water park building! Not good. GPS took us to 4 Roberts Rd- to a run down area and horse farm!! Had to call twice for directions and put in Sweeten...Rd. Frustrating when we were tired from driving from Alcoa. Man at Lodge very patient with us.
