Location and price
Pillows very poor Towels very poor Bedding very cheap quality
I liked the grounds, the room, and the price. This was our second time staying here and I anticipate additional stays in the future.
I didn't like the fact that housekeeping didn't come to pick up used towels and drop off clean ones. I wish this establishment was a little closer to a beach access.
As someone who was there on business as opposed to pleasure I found this a good location with suitable amenities. The condos, are comfortable, private and the wifi worked perfectly. Good value for money. Will stay here again.
Large bathroom, living, and bed rms. Wonderful breakfast buffet at the plantation house. Very friendly wait staff and office personal.
It was handicap accessible. Nice big rooms. Very nice golf course and it was not to far from the beach
We had a late check-in, after the office was closed. Security very friendly, led us to the check-in office and assisted us in getting settled in. Way above and beyond the call of duty. Professional service all the way, and with a smile too!
Pool was out of commission for electrical issues. Just our luck for the time we stayed. Only a minor inconvenience.
When I realized that I had been booked into a second floor unit with stairs I talked with the lady on the desk. At 74 and both of us have bad knees the second floor was a challenge. She professionally switched us to a ground floor unit that worked just great. Great employee.
No access to washer and dryer units . No real access to an ice machine. Could have had a map of the property and the surrounding shopping areas.
The grounds are beautiful. The restaurant was great. The staff was wonderful. The room was very nice. The pool was beautiful and we loved it. Great golf course. Nearby restaurants were great. If there is anything that is not to your liking, they will do whatever it takes to make it right. Looking forward to another visit real soon.
The I.T. Guy there was the nicest staff member.
Staff was extremely rude and made things very inconvenient. Gazebo advertised on website and 3rd party sites does not exist. It is a Where's Waldo Search for it. Let me know if you find it. Wi-Fi was not available in all areas even though it was advertised that way. Moved from one room to another due to no WiFi, and it became a battle with the rude staff for 3 hours.
The gardens, the lake and landscape in general The building code is fantastic as all the homes has a similar style which adds a high and luxury look.
The outside carpet of the building 15 is old and does not Match with the rest of the look you are surrounded by. May be a little refurbishing could not hurt to do. Thank you
Location and the overall look of the resort from outside.
Room allotted had carpet in a state it needs to be replaced. The room had pungent musky smell, so had to leave the windows open.
Dead flies all over room at door and window sills...Kinda gross!
We love the pools. And the place is clean and pretty. We sure will come back.
Nothing bad to say. I really liked and enjoy this place.
Golf, pro shop and food in the 19th Hole Food was excellent! Sara from Ararat, NC
Third floor is not for senior citizens.
I like the location and the fact that it does offer condos at a reasonable price.
We have stayed in condos that were in good condition and the cheaper lower level condos need some updating and cleaning. All condos should be recarpeted and painted. The window screens should be replaced. Fresh paint does wonders.
They were friendly and helpful and plenty to do
pool(s) beauty location
three flights of stairs w/out an elevator
Apparently, when it rains at Brunswick Plantation, the whole operation shuts down and there is a ripple effect in delayed service. On Saturday, 8/16, due to it raining in the morning, people checked out late, which caused housekeeping to have to clean late and not turn-over rooms for those of us checking in. There was a lobby full of people waiting to check in and we were delayed almost an hour. Also, the decorations in the condo (especially the bedspreads) were very sad. It did not look like a resort at all and looked more like a cheap motel. Very disappointed in this stay.
The location was excellent. Away from the traffic but assesible to everything. The only thing I would request would be a balcony.
We loved Everything. The staff was helpful and friendly, the food was so good we preferred to eat there instead of going out, the grounds are lovely and we have already told everyone that will listen how great our experience was!
No ice machines that we saw.
Nice, comfortable condos but without the basic hotel amenities of a suites hotel--no toiletries, no kitchen basics like coffee and even paper towels or extra trash bags. We visited as a group of families and amenities varied from condo to condo.
Wifi and cell service highly dysfunctional. For the price paid (about $150/night with tax) feel our dollars could have been better spent at a suites hotel.
This was first time I had stayed in a resort instead of hotel, the location was great, safety, comfortable and cozy, very friendly staff, great place for couples
The carpet was very stained, needs replacing, check the fine print, did not notice the service charges & cleaning fee at the time I reserved (not sure what they were for) because unlike motels you don't have anyone to restock towels, toiletries daily. Pool was very crowded, not enough pool space for all the buildings rented
Carpeting needs replacing and the edging from tile to carpeting was sharp
We like the location near some of our favorite places and restaurants.
On this most recent trip all security lights were out on the building which made entry at night difficult and unsafe. We reported this issue but it was not resolved during our visit.
