Bryant Park Hotel

ノンスモーキングを希望していたが部屋中がタバコの匂いが強烈だった。クレームをしたが部屋の変更はなくそ- のまま使用。外出時に消臭をするとのことだったがあまり大きく変わることはなかった。

location excellent, loud outside but very quiet inside the room, did not hear any traffic/people noise. Front staff very friendly and helpful. Room size sufficient, not a closet, very clean and modern, good size bathroom. would stay again.

A bit pricey, but this is Manhattan.....

Centrality of location; convenience

You don't turn on your hot water early enough- and given that one pays a fortune for a night there, it is to be at least expected that one would have hot water on tap

The hotel was so central. The staff were very helpful and and the happy hour for residents was a nice touch. Our room was spotless and the bathroom came with lots of supplies ,towels etc.

Location, boutique style of rooms, good bar gym and restaurant

Wow the staff really don't seem bothered about the clients! No smile on check in. No one bothered to hail a cab for me, I was told to do it myself! Room I booked did not look like pictures on Internet, told not their problem and I had to pay to upgrade to junior suite with no apology or sympathy from staff. No one offered to help with my luggage or even show me my room. My hotel costs for only a 2 night stay came to nearly $900 which I begrudgingly paid considering the service was very poor. Come on guys, look bothered like you care and try to be helpful to customers, we pay your wages ultimately!

Comfort, safety and close to everything for site seeing and Penn Station.

A high quality boutique hotel that although not cheap is reasonable value. Fantastic location on Bryant Park which would be hard to better if wanting to be close to the attractions of New York. The room was very spacious and comfortable, high quality beds and a huge bathroom with a good view. Staff were unobtrusive but there when you needed them.

Very good location, near to Times Square, Broadway, to the main train station and to the main bus station. There is a well crowded disco in the hotel. Good staff.

Breakfast was very expensive and carelessly done. Thus, every other day we ought to find a place to have the brakfast instead of having it in the hotel. Even if you have a deluxe room, you do not see Bryant Park view but a noisy air-conditioning central.

The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms and bathroom were a very good size for New York.

The bath/shower was badly designed in one of the rooms which resulted in the floor getting very wet.

Good and elegant hotel; friendly staff and good location. Elegant room.

the fitness center was to poor for a hotel of that catogarie

Loistava , keskeinen paikka kaikkiin Nykin nähtävyyksiin, huone tasokas, kivan hiljainen, vaikka oltiin aivan ytimen sykkeessä. Turvallinen, valvontaa useamman miehen voimilla läpi yön. Huoneisiin ei päässyt ennenkuin oli näyttänyt hotelliavaimen!

Aamiainen ei kuulunut hotellin hintaan, oli hyvin kallis ja niukka eli ulos vaan syömään moniin aamupalapaikkoihin!
