Schitterend complex middenin een prachtig deel van Manhattan (Bryant Park is een zeer aangenaam park). Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam, sereen en steeds aanwezig. Onze kamer lag aan de achterzijde, maar door het prima interieur waren we dat al snel vergeten. Dit hotel maakte onze tweede New-York-ervaring zoveel beter en rijker! We waren over alles zeer tevreden (dus eigenlijk mag er hier geen minnetje voor), enkel moet je een beetje voorzichtig zijn met extra's in het hotel. De afrekening valt sowieso duurder uit door taksen her en der die verekend worden (wij hadden geen extra's en toch kwam er iedere dag ca. 50$ bij aan taksen die je niet meteen incalculeerd). |

Verbleven in een suite: Netheid van de kamer (werd 2 à 3 maal per dag opgeruimd). Badkamer: heel netjes, apart bad en douche, heel netjes! Ligging. Personeel. Reservatie werd niet terug gevonden; werd opgelost via een kamer-upgrade !! |

prima bedden,ruime kamer ontvangst ivm halloweendrukte vreemd; feest in de cellarbar, superdruk bij balie, vreemde sfeer. daarna bar dicht voor klanten, terwijl we wat wilden drinken.... |

location excellent, loud outside but very quiet inside the room, did not hear any traffic/people noise. Front staff very friendly and helpful. Room size sufficient, not a closet, very clean and modern, good size bathroom. would stay again. A bit pricey, but this is Manhattan..... |

great concierge named Michael who was amazing.Hope he sees this note. Eric at the front desk was great.The service was memorable. The location was perfect. The complimentary drinks and nibbles downstairs from 5-6 was a very nice touch.Will definitely make this our NYC hotel. would like to see the lobby more inviting with more places to sit. |

The hotel was so central. The staff were very helpful and and the happy hour for residents was a nice touch. Our room was spotless and the bathroom came with lots of supplies ,towels etc. |

We have stayed in this hotel before, the rooms are fantastic, staff are very good, the security was excellent, the location is the best in NY as you are bang in the middle of any action, by day the shops on 34th etc and by night Times Sq/Broadway etc. we are already planning to return to this hotel. There is nothing not to like about this hotel. |

Location, boutique style of rooms, good bar gym and restaurant Wow the staff really don't seem bothered about the clients! No smile on check in. No one bothered to hail a cab for me, I was told to do it myself! Room I booked did not look like pictures on Internet, told not their problem and I had to pay to upgrade to junior suite with no apology or sympathy from staff. No one offered to help with my luggage or even show me my room. My hotel costs for only a 2 night stay came to nearly $900 which I begrudgingly paid considering the service was very poor. Come on guys, look bothered like you care and try to be helpful to customers, we pay your wages ultimately! |

the location and style of the hotel aand the free drinks hour for guestsbetween 5 and 6pm. They could have provided me with an emergency tioletries kit when my luggage was delayed and should prvide free internet. |

A high quality boutique hotel that although not cheap is reasonable value. Fantastic location on Bryant Park which would be hard to better if wanting to be close to the attractions of New York. The room was very spacious and comfortable, high quality beds and a huge bathroom with a good view. Staff were unobtrusive but there when you needed them. |

Very good location, near to Times Square, Broadway, to the main train station and to the main bus station. There is a well crowded disco in the hotel. Good staff. Breakfast was very expensive and carelessly done. Thus, every other day we ought to find a place to have the brakfast instead of having it in the hotel. Even if you have a deluxe room, you do not see Bryant Park view but a noisy air-conditioning central. |

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous. The open bar between 5.00 PM & 6.00 PM was a lovely extra. |

The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms and bathroom were a very good size for New York. The bath/shower was badly designed in one of the rooms which resulted in the floor getting very wet. |

Great location!: Walking distance from so many place of interest ( Moma, Empire state, Rockfeller, Central Park, Time Square,..)! Room withy park view are really nice. Good japanese restaurant. The hotel bar is really cool! No business center to check Internet / emails. Restaurant for Breakfast is really depressing! You should go outside and try a good place for brunch or just for a coffee |
