A high quality boutique hotel that although not cheap is reasonable value. Fantastic location on Bryant Park which would be hard to better if wanting to be close to the attractions of New York. The room was very spacious and comfortable, high quality beds and a huge bathroom with a good view. Staff were unobtrusive but there when you needed them. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. They don't have baby cots in this hotel. |

Very good location, near to Times Square, Broadway, to the main train station and to the main bus station. There is a well crowded disco in the hotel. Good staff. Breakfast was very expensive and carelessly done. Thus, every other day we ought to find a place to have the brakfast instead of having it in the hotel. Even if you have a deluxe room, you do not see Bryant Park view but a noisy air-conditioning central. |

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous. The open bar between 5.00 PM & 6.00 PM was a lovely extra. |

The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms and bathroom were a very good size for New York. The bath/shower was badly designed in one of the rooms which resulted in the floor getting very wet. |

Great location!: Walking distance from so many place of interest ( Moma, Empire state, Rockfeller, Central Park, Time Square,..)! Room withy park view are really nice. Good japanese restaurant. The hotel bar is really cool! No business center to check Internet / emails. Restaurant for Breakfast is really depressing! You should go outside and try a good place for brunch or just for a coffee |

The location was excellent, the room was very good (especially as they upgraded us and we had an brilliant view). Everyone was helpful and as it is not a huge hotel there's no queues to check-in and a long way to walk to the room etc. |

Central location; comfortable bed There is a noise making machine beside the bed which is suppose to relax you and the maid puts it on every evening but I didnt realise this and it kept me awake the first night! |

It was convenient, quiet and stunning view of the park. The staff was very helpful, especially Marco, the concierge who assisted with making dinner suggestions and reservations before our arrival. The internet is such a useful tool! |

we were upgraded immediately upon arrival. staff were fantastic especially adam on the front desk. we had a problem with our credit card checking in and they couldn't have been more accomodating. bathroom was amazing and the room was huge. |

Housekeeping efficiency; Extra turn down service in the evenings; Cleanliness and size of room; Gym facilities available are great; Room service is very quick; Check out experience was speedy and friendly and they ask for feedback; Hotel was in a most convenient location to subways; Rooms were modern and temperature in the room was perfect. Very classy hotel overall! Walls were very thin - could hear next room's occupants moaning at nights.... also can hear another room's music through the walls while we tried to sleep. Fortunately, it didn't go on for too long. Also, they charge for internet usage when it's free in the park & cafes right outside. Also, the showerhead was drippy (think Rainwater) which made it impossible to have a quick refreshing shower. |
