Bryant Park Hotel  

For its location it was extremely good value. It more than lived up to our expectations.

Location.

Noise. Private dining/Room service is totally awful. Not possible to check out from the room.

Second time I have stayed there. Location is fantastic but it also has great staff, really comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and the best breakfast potatoes in town!

The voice mail system never seems to work.

The Bryant Park Hotel location is superb! A couple blocks to Times Square, just off 5th Ave and a Subway entance down the block. The Cellar Bar's complimentary drinks M to F, 5 to 6 is a great way to wind down your busy days. The staff were fantastic. The room was clean. We stayed in a junior suite with an amazing view of Bryant Park and a balcony. It cost, but it was well worth it. I would heartily recommend the hotel for anyone who wants to indulge in a bit of luxury in a great mid town Manhatten location. The concierge service was wonderful.

I can't think of a single thing we didn't love about the Bryant Park Hotel

Beautiful building and huge rooms (we had a deluxe view room) as long as you don't get one on a corner as these are half the size (including the bed and shower!) for the same amount.

Maybe a bit too close to Time Sq so no great non-tourist restaurants to eat at nearby, but cabs are cheap!

The hotel excelled in every way possible.

The only minor complaint (and it is only very minor) is that there are no coffee making facilities in the rooms, not a major problem as there are 3 or 4 coffee shops on the short block the hotel is on and room service was very efficient but it would be nice to be able to just make your own first thing in the morning when you roll out of bed!

No guest computer to access internet - would have been helpful if this service was available.

Was given a accessible room. Shower head was slightly damaged.

The staff is incredible! They were very helpful with directions and suggestions. The only thing guests should know is your cabinet is stocked with snacks and fridge stocked with drinks and liquor. If you choose to use any of them you will be charged at the end of your stay. Also the bath and hair products displayed in the bathroom outside of the shower are also charged to your room if you choose to use them. We have absolutely no complaints. My husband and I and children really enjoyed our stay at the Bryant Park Hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable. Very accomadating Hotel!!!

It seemed like everyone who worked at the hotel was kind and helpful. No attitude, even though it was a busy and hip hotel. The room was lovely, very big with a nice balcony. Bathroom was huge, with nice places to put toiletries. Room was light during the day. Street noise was not noticeable. Linens were nice. Free WiFi. Sound insulation must have been good, we didn't hear other people on our floor at all.

Hot water (coffee maker) in the room would have been nice. Also, shower cap.

I like the simple modern design, friendly staff and the location for my business trip.

Staff were wonderful in particularly Janet the concierge. Location perfect also and the Cellar Bar and Koi Restaurant within the hotel were real assets.

Lower rooms are a bit noisy but we when we asked for a change the staff were extremely helpful and we were moved from the 5th to the 15th floor which was much better.

I used to stay regularly at the Bryant for work when visiting ny from the uk. We now live in Australia and this trip was for a holiday, and I was keen to see what the hotel was like now having not stayed there since 2005. The location is fantastic and the hotel as I remember. Stylish, minimalist, and very comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

It is a shame that the lobby bar has gone and is enclosed as part of the restaurant, the foyer looses the open feeling and great bar that it used to have. Whilst not OTT, price is a bit on the high side...
