It's very close to Bryce Canyon, was the only hotel that close that wasn't really expensive (still too expensive for what it is though). Other than location, I wouldn't stay here again. It's fine, it's a place to sleep at night, but it basically had no amenities.
Wifi is only in the lobby (not in rooms). The rooms had no fridge, microwave, coffee pot, etc. Pool and restaurant were closed for winter. Other nearby restaurants were closed for winter too. Considering the isolated location, having a mini-fridge & microwave would have been great (we did ask at the front desk if we could get them, and they said no).
close to bryce canyon national park.
no microwave and fridge in the room
Staff very nice and comfortable room. Although it was really cold, the room was warm when we arrived. Very nice, thank you!
Everything. Place was dirty. Heater did not work. Shower broken..basically a dump.
Absolutely nothing about this property! Bryce Canyon ... great!
Overpriced. Not partiicularly clean. Furnishings, bedding, towels, drapes and curtains, are comletey worn out! Dark & dingy room. No in room coffee or tea. Not a particularly friendly reception. No tissues iin bathroom area. No in room WiFi. I really question the ratings and who put the positive ones on your site? My rating would be at best one star, and perhapss a 2 out of 10! Stay away! Free drinks in reception, friendly staff, has washing machine, location close to park and parking adjacent to rooms.
Dated decor, thin towels.
Decent location, relatively quiet, helpful staff. Because we were on motorcycles, gave us rooms on the ground floor.
WiFi limited to lobby area.
Food and service at the restaurant was good.
The rooms needed updating. the TV, linens, and bath room facilities were very worn. It was over priced for the shape the facilities were in
Staff was very rude, no wifi in rooms, expensive for what you get.
It was quiet and we could turn off the air conditioner. The restaurant was good value.
The towels were small, thin and hard,a sign of meanness. The room was drab and showing signs of wear. There was only wifi in the office foyer. They call themselves a resort.
Location is very good. Hotel is very comfortable and good value for money.
We had a problem with check in process. Internet agancy sent invoice with double price in it by mistake and when we tried to sort it out by showing our papers with price, we have been ignored and charged double price. Only after our call to agency and their call to hotel everything was resolved.
Chef Tony, Angelna and the rest of the crew in the restaurant. Tony went out of his way to make us feel welcome and even altered some of the recipes to accommodate individual tastes. Best thing by far at this property.
Don't know how this place can be called a resort. Front desk employees were unfriendly and acted as though we were disrupting their day by checking in and out. Rooms were old, shabby and could not have been swept in the past 5 years. Wallpaper peeling off the wall. Laundry room was filthy. Wouldn't recommend this place to any one.
They have spacious rooms, laundry facilities and restaurant on the premises.
Water in the shower had no pressure and bathroom needed a good updating I think calling it a resort is a stretch.
Reasonable location for getting to Bryce Canyon Food at Cowboy Ranch Restaurant was fairly good though not always very hot Room was clean and comfortable
It was unusually cold on our 2nd night and heating wasn't very effective. WiFi not available in rooms Not able to make hot drinks in rooms though available in the reception/lobby
Location to Bryce Canyon Park
Over-priced for quality condition of room/cabin
Shabby and run down. No coffee maker. Shower did not work properly.
Whilst the position of the 'resort' was good to explore the wonders of Bryce Canyon the accommodation left a lot to be desired. The resort benefits from being only one on a small number of hotels in the area so they can charge what they like for the accommodation.
Dirty carpets, old chipped and stained furniture circa the 70's. Old TV with poor reception. Swimming pool in a purpose built shed. Bedding old with holey sheets (although the bed was comfortable and sheets were clean). We paid for the position not the accommodation which was the same price at the Bellagio in Vegas!
The best thing I can say is that the geographic location is good but not the setting.
Setting felt like a trailer park. Rooms were well worn and shabby.Resort is a definite misnomer. Staff seemed more concerned about selling their various extras than assuring satisfaction of guests. Wireless internet available ONLY in the less than comfortable lobby.
Rooms really need updating, shower head was below my head... But we really wanted location which is what we got!
you can't improve on perfection
Proximity to Bryce Canyon Park
"Canyon views" is an exaggeration. Set in a barren landscape and very tired and dated. Not sure that the bed sheets had been changed.
Two fairly spacious rooms, not luxurious, but clean. Beds were comfortable.
The room was described as having a patio. In fact, there was just a concrete slab at the front of the cabin. No chairs, nothing to divide it from the surrounding area. Not usable as a place to sit and relax. Disappointing, as that was the primary reason I chose that facility.
