Score from 949 reviews Very good
We asked for a room on 1st floor, said all rooms on 1st floor were booked. We are both in our 70s and we had to carry our bags up a flight of stairs. Next morning early we noticed that the hotel was far from booked.;
Low value for money not including breakfast.
Noise from adjacent rooms. Yes I know that you never know what neighbours you may end up with but the way the rooms back on to each other makes every toilet flush audible. We had people next door going all through the night. Also, having housekeeping knocking at the door to clean the room at 08:20 was not welcome after the disrupted night we had.
Very good value for the money. Room was big enough and the beds were comfy. Shower delivered plenty of hot water. The motel is away from the main road so was quiet at night.
Coffee maker in the room did not work.
Roll away bed was promised but not available. We felt that crew did not even made effort to supply roll away bed for our second night. Result : two nights without roll away bed
lamp turning is missing
Lamp does not have turning knob or it is missing
old motel style accommodation with outdated facilities and paper thin walls and small cramped rooms
Excellent location just outside the park and close to local amenities
we made the decision to go here as they announced an outdoor pool ( which was sadly even shown on images ), but the place does not have any pool. We have been told we could use the pool of the campground about half mile away from the place. The staff handled our complaint really poorly and seemed to be absolutely helpless and confused. A sad experience after all. Don`t go!
The location and room facilities were excellent
It was comparatively expensive to other places nearby that we stayed
Front row seat for watching the sunset on Capitol Reef, seeing the moon over the mountains, and watching the sun rise again over the mountains the next morning.
Near to the park and all the restaurant in the town
Wifi was weak in our room
Breakfast very poor.
location is very good.
staff was not very nice. I asked some questions about the neighborhood such as restaurants for dinner etc, but the attitude was not very welcome.
Clean room and really close to Bryce Canyon.
A bit noisy. And a refrigerator in the room would be nice. No good dining options in the village itself.
Location is very convenient to shuttle bus stop into Bryce Canyon National Park.
Older hotel with old 70's furnished rooms. Old bed spreads and sink with loose handles, shower did not drain well - when you shower you end up standing in 4" of pooling water! Toilet does not flush well! Oh the pool is located across the street at Ruby's Inn not on property!
Close to the park. Room size is okay
Expensive price and no fridge, no microwave in the room.
- friendly people - good location if you want to visit Bryce Canyon with loads of free parking spots - close tot the park shuttle service - free acces to a swimming pool
- rather outdated rooms - noisy building - poor wifi - Bryce Village feels artificial with very few eating houses
The location is great as it is close to the park entrance so not much driving required once you get there. You can take the free shuttle nearby to all the hiking trail starting points in lieu of driving, however, if you have more than two people in your group try to go in one vehicle as you will save money that way.
Food is in walking distance, however, choices are between an overpriced buffet with below average food or a non chain fast food joint. The fast food joint reminded me of a theme park food stand just without the overpriced menu.
Great price booking through Booking.com. Do not book through National Parks Reservations. Not only are they more expensive they will not confirm your reservation for 48 hrs. and charge a high booking fee that you don't realize until you have made the reservation.
This is a great location for Bryce Canyon national park. It is just outside the park and in walking distance for the park shuttle system stop. I was out late every night doing night sky star photography and this worked better for me than driving to something further away.
Wifi was just ok. I was unable to watch Netflix, my test for what I consider good wifi. I was alone in a room with 2 double beds and felt crowded. I can't imagine being with 3 others in it. That being said it probably is one of the nicer options in this remote area.
The location Easy parking
Uncomfortable bed and pillow like a bag stuffed with straw. AC unit very loud Room too small.
Toilet never worked even after having maintenance there
