Proximité du park
We didn't have high expectations as it seems so reasonably priced, but we were wrong. One of the best rooms of our month long trip. Big rooms, fab beds and outstanding wifi. Lots of nice extras with the bathroom. The room looked like it was brand new. It is set well away from the road, so it is very quiet but as close as you can get to Bryce Canyon just a short drive.
The welcome at reception was a little short but when our electrics fused they had someone out within 10 mins so they were very efficient. The only negative was that I wanted to change my booking after the deadline on booking.com had expired, it was just to extend our stay by 1 day. I couldn't do it through that website and the accommodation's own didn't reply so I rang and every phone number took me to Best western who said that they hadn't heard of Bryce Lodge. It was frustrating but after 24 hours the hotel did email me and I got my extra night. Great place to stay.
- Nice clean motel - Close to Brice National Park
Perfect location and very good price
We nearly froze during the night and couldn't turn the heating on because it was way too loud. Might need some more efficient insulation or heater!
just a place to spend the night before we went to Bryce Canyon, served the purpose
proximity to services wifi room size free parking
not within walking distance to canyon no 'view' of canyon few restaurant options (and restaurants fill up quickly at meal times)
Everything was perfect, including indoor pool and hot tub. Very reasonable price :).
Staff could be much nicer. Also breakfast was average.
Bryce View Lodge was closed for the season and we were automatically upgraded to the Best Western Bryce Canyon Ruby's.
Everything was PERFECT !
Location, price, bedding looked contemporary, bed was comfortable, very roomy, refrigerator & microwave.
Tube TV, hot shower went cold often.
Breakfast was an added fee per person, per night. Pool & hot tub were located at a different hotel across the street. While it was nice, it wasn't the best or most convenient to have to get in the car & drive over to the pool.
We were happy with everything the hotel had to offer.
value for money. shop close by (but expensive)
it is a tourist place
The bed was comfortable and the room was adequately furnished. The bathroom was good. The hotel is very conveniently located for Bryce Canyon.
There is no lift, so we had to carry heavy suitcases to the upper floor (there is no assistance with bags). There is no restaurant in the hotel, so both for dinner and breakfast, we had to go to the only local restaurant still open in October (the Ruby Inn), which was very expensive and not great quality.
proximity to Bryce Canyon, low cost, spacious room, easy parking
Not a particularly helpful or friendly staff but being this close to Bryce Canyon and for what you pay, it shouldn't be a total deal breaker.
Really quiet, comfy room. Nicely furnished and decorated - great shower, beds. Best wifi anywhere we've been in last month.
Please please put a phone number on your website that goes through to your business. The number I rang on your paperwork and website went through to Best Western who had never heard of you. Even the previous place where we stayed tried to ring for us and had the same response. In an emergency this could be a problem.
Clean, good location and good for the money.
It's clean and comfortable. Their location is the best. Restaurants and shops are around and Bryce Canyon is 10 minutes away.
The only negative thing is that they don't offer free breakfast.
Location was great!
Absolutely nothing good about this place.
Broken shower, plugged tub drain, just a sheet on the bed without a comforter or duvet - old dated furnishings, and finally, incredibly ignorant, rude and disinterested check in staff - wow, to a level I have not experienced in 25 years of travel, this was a brand new level. Refused to move us to another room claiming they were sold out. This didn't make sense given the "vacancy" sign flashing out on the sign board and the half empty parking lot plus is was shoulder season (October) and every other hotel in the area had vacancy. This place is a DUMP - there are newer better options, do not stay here.
Very close to the park
Proximity to the park & restaurants.
Close to the park
No pool Poor internet connection
Not many options in the Bryce Canyon area. They few hotels there seem to be owned by the same company. Check in was a nightmare: line out the door with one grumpy worker. The bathroom walls were covered with hairs ! Incredibly and after the fact I read another review that said the same thing! No where to get continental breakfast. Rooms were tired and unclean ugh
