The room was quiet, clean, comfortable, certainly within my budget. Staff was very friendly. I will stay there again.
The bed was very uncomfortable!!!! The TV was very old... The price was too high for such an outdated motel!!! Will not ever stay there again!!!
Everything was great here.
Gave the kitchen facilities a fair cause there really wasn't one. They had coffee but no type of muffins donuts or any type of breakfast.
Very nice big room with jacuzzi tub
Tommy at the front desk went above and beyond to make us comfortable...he even built us a fire in the firepit so we could enjoy sitting under the trees on the deck and enjoy the night listening to the tree frogs :-)
The bed was OK. It would have been nice to have the vanity and lavatory facilities behind a door.
Very quiet and comfortable bed
The room did not have a closet or hooks to hang clothes hangers on for clothes.
Greeted by pleasant owner/ manager. General condition fair
Parking and leftovers garbage
We liked the location. We were in the back of the building so had a great view of a wooded area. It felt like we were in the country. The room was large and we loved that.
The inside of the room was dark. We would have liked more lighting. We were on the bottom floor and during the night there was lots of noise from the room above us. At times it sounded like furniture was being moved around.
Excellent location. Large spacious rooms. A hidden gem for the price of the room!
Awesome size room with some updates n friendly staff clean rooms
Beds need updating not very comfortable the need new mattresses
Had a couple problems the first night. They tried hard to fix them and refunded my first night's charges w/o me asking them to.
Their driveway off of the street is kind of abrupt which can cause a problem for a smaller, low slung vehicle.
The room was nicely decorated, and spacious. You could tell it was an older hotel,(but not so bad you couldn't stay ) they are new owners and in the middle of remolding. The view was really nice, They had 2 fire pits, a grill and a hammock. We were there over Columbus day weekend, and it rained almost the whole time, so we could not take advantage of any of it. Loved the Jacuzzi in our room. Hanging space was limited, but lots of drawers. We will diffidently stay again.
The price on line showed $58 per night. When I got my Bill it was $180 some dollars. I know there is tax but 70 more dollars is a little mis_leading.
Clean, Peaceful & Quit, Very Comfortable but firm bed, Good size room with great layout and nice furniture, Lots of hot water, Friendly Staff. Will stay again! Great Value
Lighting - was very dark in room. (Took the lamp shades off and put them back when we left - LOL)
Deck, fire pit, quite
They had a hole with a cement top my wife stepped on it and fell in a 4ft. Or so deep hole and it was right by the parking place. They goodness nothing broke. It was very dangerous we told them about it and they put a trash can in it.
location, cleanliness, the spa tub was wonderful.
we were on lower level, there is no soundproofing between upper and lower level, heard a lot of what sounded like stomping. Walls fairly thin if there happens to be a happy little dog next door to you. Didn't replace our hand towels everytime they took used ones out.
Like the location, quiet, room was a l'il dusty, but staff made up for it. We come up every year for a Sisters weekend & this time we brought our sons. It's a safe bet that we will stay here again.
The room was dusty but liked that fact that the rooms were really good sized, beds were a little hard but that's the only negative. All the positives more than made up for it.
The location is great. Just off the main road so it was quite. We had a room in the front but really didn't hear the traffic. We traveled with our pet that remained in the room so we didn't get the room cleaned for the 3 days we were there but we know that from the website. We did request extra towels, coffee, ect.
They bed was very hard and made noise when you rolled over. This really needs to be fixed in room 10! The bathroom was old and the towels were not the greatest.
My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend at the Brydan Inn. It was situated very close to downtown Eureka Springs. The room was perfect for our purposes. The staff was very nice and receptive.
I wish I had thought to ask for a room along the back so that we could see the trees from our room. Somehow the website led me to believe that all of the rooms faced the back and faced the forest.
I enjoyed the room that we stayed in and the owner of the hotel was really nice.
I didn't like that for the three days we were there, every morning about 6 o'clock whoever was above us were really loud. It sounded like they were moving furniture and it started at 6 AM and didn't stop until about 10 AM or so. It made it hard to sleep in on our vacation.
very clean, beautifully furnished, quiet, pretty location, great staff
The Jacuzzi tub
The lighting in the room
We were impressed by the great location, the quality of the decor (tasteful, not the "rustic charm" usual for Eureka Springs), and the high standard of cleanliness in this motel. The back patio area overlooking the woods was an added bonus. I wish we had been able to spend a few more days and enjoy the fire pit. Maybe next time!
Size of room; jacuzzi
Room above was noisy with walking
large rooms and jacuzi
