There as not enough hooks t ohang things (towels) in the bathroom.

The price was great for the time of year, location, and staff was excellent! Our housekeeper was very nice and friendly!!!

I enjoyed the convenience of being near the beach, boardwalk, and other fun activities Ocean City has to offer. The front desk was friendly and welcoming and provided exact directions for some local restaurants.

Parking is very limited. If the hotel is sold out, I'm not sure where you could park without getting towed or a ticket. I was not informed the hotel had just opened until the morning we checked out. Due to that the water issues (leaks, toilets bubbling water in the middle of the night, construction workers in hallways very early) made my experience not too great. I requested a high floor on my initial reservation and was on the 1st floor. We were told there was a leak after we got checked in and I didn't think anything of it because I know it happens, but that was more than a leak. Informing guests of issues and ensuring they are away from it helps resolve future problems. I didn't ask for a refund, but I know I will not be returning for my future trips. ~From one hotel employee to another.

no mirror in room, no bathroom fan, no pool, very small parking lot and not paved (not very motorcycle friendly)

old plumbing, had issues with toilets not flushing properly, and sprinkler system was leaking in hallway which cause maintenance to be sawing drywall from 10:30 pm till midnight!

To be honest really nothing besides the location.

I dont like the fact that you say there is reserved parking and give somebody a parking pass later to find out there is no parking available and wont tow the vehicle without them. There was not a friendly atmosphere and I will probly never stay at this hotel again. I feel like I payed alot for a little service.

Didn't know room would be so small. Barely enough room for two people to move around at the same time.

The front desk staff was very friendly. Room service was rather poor. We had to ask for facial tissue and toiley paper. They left 2 towels per day and they were small. Bathroom facilities were very poor: Spout on tub was falling off and water pressure was poor. the water valves were not adequate (they just kept turning) and it was difficult to get the tempurature adjusted.

Location is one block back from beach which fine except it is on the busiest street and you must run the air conditioner to cover the road noise. The room was very small, the double beds touched the walls with not more than 24" between them and no place for a chair. If you caught a rainy day at the beach it could get bad fast.

the ac unit was loud, the room had a strange odor, the linens were uncomfortable, the pillows were flat, there was no hot water , we were unable to get the wi-fi and there were only 20 channels of cable.

Cant beat the price, the room was clean and the staff was friendly

I liked the location and the staff at Buckingham Hotel.

Our room was only cleaned once during our 4 day stay despite us telling the staff. There were also not enough towels and staff were reluctant to give us a clean towel per day.

Everyone was so nice! We will stay there again.

No one changed the sheets in3 days,Water in Bathroom ran all the time. Was leaking in room below. Can in to find my Toilet completely rip up. Had to ask for towels everyday.With 4 adults in room.No phones Even asked to move to another room. That didn't happen.

It was close to the boardwalk and the beach. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

There was no way to reach the desk from our room. We are older and our room was on the Third Floor and that made for extra trips up and down the steps

the bathroom needs to updated and their were some mold in the tub, i think a good cleaning would have taken care of that.

I liked the friendly staff, cleanliness and how close it was to the beach and boardwalk. Everything worked really well including air conditioner, fridge, water temp and tv. I liked the rocking chairs out front and the helpful staff.

The sheets did not get changed the entire time I was there. When I asked for clean towels there were long black hairs on them. The parking was terrible and you had to park 2 blocks away at a persons house if you didn't get a spot.

The Hospitality was wonderful, the phone call the night before we arrived checking out arrival time, the call to our cell phone when our room was ready, the switch to a first floor room, due to health reasons, that they mentioned and I did not have to ask for. The kindness of all the staff was fabulous. The location was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent.

The only item that was not perfect was the stopper on the tub was not there so you could not take a bath and I personally love a hot bath. So had to take a shower. But other than that Perfect.

Very helpful staff.Very good location not in a congested area and close to the beach and boardwalk.

There was very little space to place clothing in drawers,only one small chest in room with 3 drawers. There was very limited space to store suitcases and litterly no place to hang clothes, jackets etc. Parking was on the poor side. Parking lot was not paved, very tight spaces and not enough spaces to accommodate guest. I had to park in the street for 2 nights. I also worried about damage to my vehicle because of the very tight situated lot!!!!
