The location was fantastic and the size if the bedroom suite was great. The hotel is in need of updating; the airconditioner was so noisy it could not be kept on whilst we were in the apartment; fortunately the weather was benign.The traffic noise sometimes verged on the intolerable. Some noise retardent- double glazed windows might help |

It is the best location in NYC. Good for families, there are kitchens available. It seems some unists are much better than other ones. |

convenient to Theater district and shopping in mid-town Manhattan there was too much street noise from cars, trucks etc that came into the hotel room. |

The location of the hotel was really great. The rooms were cleaned in the morning while we had breakfast outside. An accommodation for three grown-up persons. The matresses in the beds were not very good for our backs (and they were noisy). The flipside of the good location is that there is a lot of traffic in the streets at all times. |

Very big room for the 3 of us, enjoyed the seperate bedroom and living area. Location was excellent. For the amount of money paid it was fine. The bathroom was very small, found a cockroach in there the 1st night staff took it away, never seen any more however that was enough!! |

The space for the entire family was fantastic Small bathroom but the English soaps helped make up for it. The pullout bed was lumpy but the kids didn't seem to mind. |

The room was confortable and with space and closet space. However the sofabeds were not so confortable and therefore need to be changed or arranged in a way that can be more comfortable for the guests. |
