Fantastic location, very close to Central Park, shopping and lots of restaurants. Staff was reasonably helpful and always polite. The apartment was spacious and had plenty of room and storage for 4 people. Bed was not very comfortable compared to other hotels we frequented during our us trip. The pull-out sofa was okay. |

I picked this hotel for it's location and the fact that it was an apartment style property. For a 57th street location (Central Park is 2 mins), the hotel was a complete value for money. The apartment was large for NY standards and they even gave us a second double bed in the living room instead of a sofabed. Furnishings seemed updated. For a room of the size we had, the bathroom was very small. |

It is really central and just a few steps from Central Park, 5th Avenue etc. Unfortunately there was a strange and annoying smell in the room, somehow rotten. We couldn`t get rid of it by opening the windows all the time, especially as there was heavy street noise. |

I enjoyed how it was so close to everything. I enjoyed the fact that it had a fridge and kitchen area to make breakfast, lunch. I think some upgrading would be nice. There needs to be a foam to put ont he pull out couch. THe girls made a makeshift bed with the couch and chairs, because it was more comfortable then the matress on the hide-a-bed. Shower head needs to be changed. We asked for a wake up call and never recieved one on the morning we were leaving. |

Location and proximity to Fifth Avenue and Central Park. Noisy air conditioning and threadbare mattresses. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly and offered another room when the first room allocated to me did not suit my requirements. The accommodation was spacious and cleanliness of the bathroom was excellent. The first room I was offered was very dark and directly overlooking the extractor vents for the hotel and therefore very noisy. |

The location and the spaciousness of the one bedroom suite at a very affordable price. Sofa bed in living room should be thrown out...however housekeeping did bring up a roll bed for my grand daughter to sleep on. |

I had three business meetings, all on West 57th Street. The hotel was excellent for the price, and obviously the location was perfect for me. Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean comfortable room. The building is an older NY apartment building and, as such, the room I had ($158 per night) was like a pre-war studio apartment. |

Location good. elevators fast, good staff. Kitchen good Windows open directly on street. Light bulbs had to be replaced. Not enough lights in the rooms. Water leak in the heating system, we were required to leave the room for repair. General feeling that the hotel needed upgrading, room was dingy and kind of dirty. |

The rooms were very spacious (which is unusual for New York!) which was great - the wooden floors were a great touch and made the room feel very homely, like your own apartment. would have been great to have wireless internet in the rooms. |

Central location to many great places. Although the room was on the 10th floor and with the windows closed, the room location had a lot of street noise. Everytime a car drove over a street sewage cover, the rattle of the cover made a lot of noise sounding like thunder. If you want a quiet hotel room this hotel is not for you. Or if possible request a room on the top floor and away from street noise. |
