Apart from the comments below, it was great. Good to have a fridge and freezer. The latter meant we could fill water bottles and take out frozen ones for the day meaning we had access to cold water all day - it's the small things. The kids loved sitting in bed watching TV - not something we do at home! Location was great. Good cafes for breakfast nearby - the Parissiene was our favourite.

The room was not ready when we arrived at approx 3pm . We were pretty exhausted by this point so the first impression of the room was not good. However, we sat in the lounge for an hour and tried again. All was then great. Our suite had a sofabed in it. The mattrass was somewhat uncomfortable and required several blankets underneath the sheets to make it OK to sleep on

We didn't like it. Very old hotel and not welcoming staff. Very disappointed!

we didn't have Ac in our first bedroom. They moved us and in the second bedroom was so noisy that we could not sleep.

The room was much more spacious than I expected.

Our first room needed a new sofa. The bed portion was completely broken. We had to move.

We loved the location and old style of the hotel.

We had a suite with a fold out bed and the mattress was so thin the coils poked through. We told the front desk staff the next morning and they said they'd have housekeeping change the mattress. When we returned later in the evening, nothing had been done nor did they leave us a message as to why. We had to ask again the next day. We didn't find the staff very accomodating.

The laundry facilities and the fact they are apartments

The fact that I booked for myself and my 14 year old son, No one told us that the bed for my son was a sofa bed. He had to share my bed on the first night when we arrived after a 13 hour flight. When we asked the next morning we were told that the bed for him was a fold down sofa bed. He slept ,or more accurately did not sleep , on it the following night. It was very poor quality and we checked ou

Easy access to Time Square, Central Park, Broadway. Friendliness and helpfulness of maintenance staff who tried to fix our sofa bed.

Should not make available any suites with broken sofa beds and rent them out to a family of 4. Checked out all other suites .. all with broken sofa beds. Refusal of desk staff for us to see the General Manager on this issue ... we checked out the next morning ... stayed only 1 out of our 5 nights reservation due to unwillingness of hotel staff to provide satisfactory resolution (room/service).
