Det var nära till allt. Bra storlek på rummen, bra att det fanns pentry. Otrevlig personal. Dåliga sängar och mycket ljud från trafik och ventilation. |

Läget är förträffligt. Utrymmena var rejäla. Tillgången till kök/pentry underlättade frukostarna. Runt hörnet finns flera matbutiker som säljer livsmedel och öppnar tidigt/stänger sent. Enda möjliga nackdelen är att det är ganska mycket gatuljud som läcker in i rummet (vi bodde på 5:e vån). Förmodligen oundvikiligt på Manhattan. Den lättstörde kan få orolig nattsömn p g a detta samt luftkonditioneringsutrustningens ljud. |

Svårslaget läge, stora välutrustade rum (vi hade ett hörnrum med bra utsikt åt båda hållen), prisvärt och välskött städning. Bäddsoffan är inte av någon högre kvalitet och det låte mycket från gatorna runt omkring (svårlöst problem i New York, men vi sov gott ändå). Vi ankom sent på natten vår första natt och då hade hotellet hyrt ut vårt rum. De gav oss dock ett kostnadsfritt rum på ett annat hotell för denna natt, samt taxipengar för att ta oss fram och tillbaka dit. |

Läget var utmärkt. Rummen stora vilket inte är vanligt i New York. Det lilla köket bra. Läget dock perfekt. Buller från gatan trängde igenom fönstren (englas). Personalen i receptionen kunde vara mer service minded |

really liked the staff, the location was ideal,close to the park, midtown theaters, shopping and museums. I would definitely stay if I come to New York in the future. the toilet area was definitely tight buthe bathroom mirror and cabinet was perfection for hair and makeup. |

Location of the hotel was excellent for both shopping and sightseeing. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. |

The hotel toom was very dated, not kept up very well and did not feel clean. Old A/C system, old bent blinds, old windows (no sound isolation) horrible old kitchen and bathroom and furniture that looked like it came from a yard sale. I would not recommend it to anyone ever. |

Buckingham is in very central location easy walking distance to Times Square, central park & 5th Ave. rooms were noisy: 1st Room very loud traffic all day & night 2nd Room constant air conditioning unit running in adjacent building. Location of toilet en-suite to main bedroom in was very inconvenient as those sleeping on pullout bed in living room and to go through other bed room to use toilet. |

The room we were given did not reflect any of the pictures from your website. The room was old fashioned, the kitchen of poor quality and the bathroom was disgusting. The botton of the wash basin looked like rats had been chewing on the wood. I am disappointed at th room I was given and it was the quality of a 2star hotel. |

Very attentive, competent and polite staff, offering to help in any way. The bedding and sleeping arrangements with plenty of pillows provided was impressive, and there were always plenty of towels provided. It was not quite as clean as I'd like a hotel to be. |

Loved the roomy suite, the central location and proximity to the galleries and Central Park - we appreciated the discount rate that was initially offered on-line, and that the discount was extended to our extra night's stay. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. We'll tell our friends about the Buckingham. Bed in the master bedroom was a bit too soft - my only complaint. |

Convenient location to attractions and subway station.Also near by restaurants and coffee shops. The hide-a-bed in livingroom is not comfortable. The bathroom should be outside the bed room for privacy of all. |

Excellent and pleasant staff. Comfortable accomodation Love the assemblages and Blatas portraits in the lobby. The room AC and ventilation was not good. Noisy and wouldn't cool. Little fridge should be defrosted every so often. |

Nice frindly stuff. Good music in halls. Beautiful hotel. Situated near central park, 15 min from times Square In a number wich had two rooms, second bed (a pull-out sofa) was not very comfortable |

I thought the comfort of my room was excellent. The staff were welcoming helpful and friendly to all their guests at all times over our stay. I observed one receptionist dealing with a difficult customer and she remained calm. I think you are all excellent and would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to explore ny. I think my experience was even better than what I read in your reviews. We came from Ireland. Thank-you to all. I would have liked to see a dining room although there were many restuarants nearby and several hot food shops I think this would add more character to an already great place. |

The hotel was conveniently located near Central Park and Carnegie Hall, close to the subway and shopping. The room was very spacious for a NYC hotel. The bed could have been better. |
