Good I was upgraded for no cost. 90 minutes internet free per day of course it should all be free but you could also tap into the free internet from Fenway Park Breakfast was pretty basic but included in the price. |

Privacy and attentiveness of staff. I extended the stay an extra night and was not given the courtesy of the same rate applied through your website. |

The convenience of the T stop and close to downtown. There was no way to adjust the heat; it seemed to come on at its own leisure but thankfully the window opened. Also, none of the three men at the counter offered to help two women struggling to bring luggage up the stairs to the lobby. |

We were given a free upgrade to a spacious suite, including a kitchenette. The location was very convenient--close to the T, Kenmore square, and Boston University. A simple continental breakfast was also appreciated. The mattress was a little soft for our needs, and our room on the 6th floor was too hot (a cold weekend and the heat was running), but there was no way for us to control the temp setting. |

It was a good experience...I sort of liked the quiet atmosphere and after New York, it was just about perfect. The staff at the front desk were wonderful especially the Russian girl,Elena ....she was very cordial. I thought the room could have been just a bit warmer...I did mention this to the front desk but nothing was done. |

The hotel had a relaxed feel about it and the staff took the trouble to ask if everything was ok with the room when we first arrived. The hotel is basic and in need of a bit of sprucing up. If you can get it for a good price it will meet your needs. |

We were upgraded from a queen size room to the premium suite which has 2 bedrooms and a living room. Although the furniture was a bit dated and seemed to come from a hotel circa 1978 the place was very clean and quiet. We had an amazing view of the citgo sign and kenmore square. A great deal for the money -we paid about half of what we would have paid for the hotel down the street. |

We had a suite with 2 separate rooms with ajoining bath. This worked well for our party of 3. We could go to sleep at different times and get up separately. It was pricey but was close to my children attending college. |

There is one single A/C unit for clusters of 5 rooms which can't be separately taken care of. I had to demand, each and every night that they swich off and each and every night it was on again. Bathrooms too small. Breakfast room hardly adequate. |

I enjoyed the central location, especially near Fenway and walking distance to bars and restaurants. The staff was great. The space was very cramped for a couple. One small shelf in the bathroom, about 6x24 inches, for toiletries,no ventilation in there either. The bedroom was very small with a bed taking the bulk of the space. |

The Buckminster provided a perfect meeting place for an old friend and I to get together and hang out at some of Fenways famous bars. Always good to be back to Boston.Thank you Buckminster for making this happen in such a comfortable and affordable place! |
