Facilities on each floor such as kitchen and laundry were good additions. Breakfast in adjoining restaurant was very good. Faulty heating in the room made it uncomfortable but may have just been our room. Furniture selected for the room was not overly practical making the rooms feel smaller than they were. |

The hotel was right across the street from the school that i was working from. It was highly convenient. The room was spacious and the view was incredible. I was in the middle of the city for not alot of money. Very economical. The hotel is very clean.Very old with alot of charm. I would stay again. Also, I was able to park in the lot beside the hotel overnight and the parking attendant let me stay the following day free of charge. I never had to move my car. |

I wasn't expecting much, I remember the hotel was a college dorm, but the room was much bigger than expected and offered a great view of Fenway park, Room 412. |

The convenience of the T stop and close to downtown. There was no way to adjust the heat; it seemed to come on at its own leisure but thankfully the window opened. Also, none of the three men at the counter offered to help two women struggling to bring luggage up the stairs to the lobby. |

We were given a free upgrade to a spacious suite, including a kitchenette. The location was very convenient--close to the T, Kenmore square, and Boston University. A simple continental breakfast was also appreciated. The mattress was a little soft for our needs, and our room on the 6th floor was too hot (a cold weekend and the heat was running), but there was no way for us to control the temp setting. |

It was a good experience...I sort of liked the quiet atmosphere and after New York, it was just about perfect. The staff at the front desk were wonderful especially the Russian girl,Elena ....she was very cordial. I thought the room could have been just a bit warmer...I did mention this to the front desk but nothing was done. |

The hotel had a relaxed feel about it and the staff took the trouble to ask if everything was ok with the room when we first arrived. The hotel is basic and in need of a bit of sprucing up. If you can get it for a good price it will meet your needs. |

We were upgraded from a queen size room to the premium suite which has 2 bedrooms and a living room. Although the furniture was a bit dated and seemed to come from a hotel circa 1978 the place was very clean and quiet. We had an amazing view of the citgo sign and kenmore square. A great deal for the money -we paid about half of what we would have paid for the hotel down the street. |
