Very good,

“I liked having breakfast available, how the stairs and elevator on each floor are closed off from the rooms by doors so it's quieter to sleep, the comfort of our king bed and spacious amount of floor area to practice yoga, and how the staff was always ready to answer questions and helpful.”

We arrived very early Sunday morning, so we went to the hotel. We were going to a Red Sox game in the afternoon and were unsure of the parking, so figured we would ask at the Hotel, they were very helpful how much parking would cost and, gave us our parking pass and said the room would be ready after the game. We were given a handicap room, great view of Fenway Park, but the shower was hand held, and there was not a attachment on the wall, very awkward to shower.

It was easy to get from the hotel to locations in and around the city. If you are a red soxs fan making a trip to fenway this is the place to stay. A little hard to find the rooms. Not to many signs point them out. But once found nice suprise for the money.

I *love* the proximity to Fenway Park (on the one hand) and the Isabella Stewart Gardiner Museum (on the other).... It's also within pleasant walking distance of various attractions in Central Boston, and the Kendall T stop is very convenient.

The location next to Fenway, and close to the Kenmore T, was ideal for exploring Boston after the Baseball game. Staff were helpful and courteous. We had a problem getting hot water in our room at 10 pm and they immediately sent someone to "reset the boiler in this part of the building" and then the technician came to our room to check that we had hot water - so, there was a prompt response to a problem, and good follow-through. Our room was not a luxury room (no view) but it was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed.

Quaint, very comfortable bed, convenient location Very surprised there were amenities not included in the room - no coffeemaker, plastic cups vs. glasses, as examples. The windows also didn't block out the sound of traffic at all. And a queen, rather than double bed would have been nicer. Also, the breakfast was very poor, although I appreciated that it came with the reservation.

We did not know it was Patriots' Day and should have been told before hand. We could not get to the hotel by car and had to park elsewhere. I think we should have been reimbursed for that parking.

Front desk staff very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The room was spacious and well-appointed. Location was perfect because we had tickets for the baseball game. (Unfortunately it was rained out.) Continental breakfast was very nice. It felt very stuffy in our room and the air conditioner did not really do a good job of cooling or moving the air around. If we were staying longer we probably would have asked someone to try to fix the problem for us. My biggest complaint would have to be the parking. We were forced to use a spot that was far too small for our vehicle so my husband had to climb over the console and squeeze through the passenger side. There were other spots available but the attendant insisted that we use that particular one. It was bad enough that it would probably prevent my staying at this hotel again. I would only recommend this hotel to someone who did not have a vehicle to park.
