Great value for money. Amazing room.
Air conditioner is EXTREMELY noisy.
Plenty of clean towels. Bed sheets and comforter were clean and smelled fresh.
Minimalist surroundings. The couch squeaked and was lumpy. Blinds not curtains so the room was never dark. Bathroom fair, toilet handle always needed to be jiggled to stop continuous water flow. TV was old. Lights did not have wall switches, had to be turned on at the lamp. Only two outlets available in the entire suite unless you wanted to start unplugging the lamps and clock radio. Not conveniently located if you wanted to work on the laptop computer.
good tv close to subway restaurant on premises elevator from street to lobby spacious rooms fridge in room but no microwave close to Fenway if you go to a game close to McD, Starbucks, 7 -11, Dunkin Donuts
poor lighting in living room & bath no counter beside sink no place to hang wet towels except bathtub had problems with hot tap (sink) & shower turnoff (practically got burnt) staff gave wrong info to shops no breakfast included
The front desk folks were great. Upgraded me to a junior suite at no extra cost and since I was traveling with my adult son it was very welcome. This is a lovely vintage hotel with all new amenities.
Location, nice staff, Fenmore grill
Bathroom facilities need renovation, strange smell in the elevators
very clean friendly staff
slow internet no utensils in the kitchen only one tv channel list for two TV's
Staff, cleanliness, location.
A little expensive
The location was great, takes about 1 minute to walk to Fenway park. Fenmore grill is awesome, great food! Staff was great and the room was clean, bathroom was spotless!
The room was a little on the small side, and we had some loud neighbors, but that's not the Hotels fault. Our TV was pretty old and the color was off, but we weren't there to watch TV all day. Parking was kinda pricey.
The location was great for our Red Sox game. Check in & out check out were easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were even upgraded upon arrival to a suite.
The AC in our room was so loud that I didn't sleep well. It seems excessively loud so not sure if it's always that way or just something off with it.
Was conveniently situated have previously tried several other facilities but this was the most convenient so far. Will probably use again
The parking is a bear. But next time I will be prepared
The staff that checked us in and out were both friendly and helpful.
No hot water that evening when we showered.
very cozy and old style boston classy
5 minute walk to Fenway Park and convenient parking. Very nice staff. Fenmore Grill was excellent for drinks after the game and breakfast.
Rooms were small and very outdated. Furniture was old and very worn. Bathrooms were outdated. The whole hotel needs to be updated.
Love the view, lovd the rooms very comfy
very comfortable room. great location for the ball game very quaint room clean and comfortable
nothing not to like
Loved location and small hotel feel.
Needs some updating of fixtures - TVs, paint, plantation shutters, bed covers. Elevators out of whack for significant part of time we were there.
Kendra was very friendly and helpful, the gentlemen working with her had a bit of an attitude, unfortunately he checked me out. A smile goes a long way!!
everything worst place ever
Like it all.
The location was great for me as I was moving my son into BU so this hotel was very convient for that purpose. As an added benefit it is across the street from Fenway and close to a number of different restaurants.
The Fenway Grill inside the hotel was absolutely horrible! The service was the worst - too slow, preoccupied with doing anything but waiting on the customers. The food was decent but the poor service made everything awful.
Close to Fenway Park so that we could walk there in minutes ,spacious rooms in our suite, and excellent food/drinks at the Fenmore restaurant located within the hotel.
no coffee maker
Space in the unit Location of hotel convenient to transportation and Fenway Restaurant food tasty AC worked well Great front desk staff Restaurant staff friendly
WiFi not very good Bathroom should be updated-no exhaust fan Sofa in LR uncomfortable to sit on
Nice place in great location. Room was very spacious.
No hot water on 2nd day and freezer didn't work.
The staff was nice and the hotel is clean. The location is very convenient to the "T", BU, and Fenway Park.
It was difficult to sleep at night on the weekend due to a lot of partying in the streets after evening baseball games. Also, there were rats in the parking garage where we were to self park our car...yuck!
