The guy at the check in counter was friendly.
The room was dirty from the bathtub walls having mold on them to the pillow cases having mold on them. I booked my stay for Friday and Saturday night the key did not open the door when I first checked in and had to go back and get a new key. I had the same issue again when I returned to my room on Saturday and had to go back to the counter to get another key. While out Saturday no one cleaned the room. I only knew someone was in there by the towels left in the bathroom. We had to go and ask for bathroom tissue. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will admit the rate was cheap and it showed in the room. If they would clean the rooms this would have been an awesome deal.
I liked nothing nothing about this hotel.
-Dirty -noisy -concierge very rude -place was in shambles -bathroom had cigarette, pee, hair & other particles on the back of it -bath tub had burn marks & dirt all on it -sheets&comforter had candy, bowl stains, pee stains & burn holes all through it -towels & wash-clothes were dingy & looked like they weren't washed at all!! -Asked for a non smoking room got moved twice b|c of the smells -carpet very dirty with stains & burn holes -lamp shades were filthy It was just a nasty place. I didn't wanna stay but they don't give refunds which is outlandish! There was a lot of traffic (people) I believe they were prostitues :\ room was never cleaned once we let the cleaning staff in u asked for the tub & toilet to be cleaned she was in there for about 5minutes seen no difference .. do not stay here!!! It's not worth anything!!!
Leaving the property
Like the lobby love my room with that king size bed
Relly nuthing wish they had longer check out hour
Tried calling hotel before arriving to confirm room, we called 4 separate time and never got and answer. We cancelled booking and booked anywhere else. Never using this hotel.
Room was run down but reasonably clean.
Didn't like much at all. In the seedy part of town, under the flight path of incoming planes, you could almost touch them they were so low, bed bugs, inconsiderate, noisy, long term tenants. 3am in the morning music blaring from the car park as people decided to have a party. I could keep going but I think readers will get the general idea. I guess the full time, armed security guard on site should have tipped us off!
They cleaned the room as supposed.
Shower did not work properly, nor was the bath tub equip for taking a bath.
Light in bathroom did not work. towels were dirty. Loud arguing and partying went on until 4 am. I didn't feel safe. I left after the first night and I was booked for two nights.
The beds were comfortable
I didn't really like this place....it was really ghetto and noisy. The suite was smelly. The shower head leaked. And you had to pay an extra 5 bucks if you wanted a late check...just ghetto!!
Proximity to the airport.
I was required to make a deposit before using a pressing iron.
It was close to everything and we didnt have to drive as far.
Alot of prostitution in and out of the other rooms. I thought it was some type of low income housing all kinds of people was standing outside loitering. Not clean enough for me.
Horrible!! I should have gotten my money back. We didn't stay there! It was so bad we went to another hotel. Unsafe conditions. It was in Memphis, TN. All of the other hotels in that area were gated but this one wasn't. We were afraid for our safely nor would we have had wheels on our vehicle the next morning.
The room was pretty good for the money.
It was very nasty the bathroom door was hard to open and close it was dead bugs every where
nothing, dirty, noisy and a total rip off.
the hotel is right next to the airport and the flight path is over the hotel.the owner said they are currently rennovating this hotel, as it needs it, i agree but the price didnt refelect that it needs decorating as the next night for cheaper we had a far nicer hotel.if you know your hotel is not ready and still under work you should lower the price or make it clear on your site that you are having work done..
The staff seemed illiterate.
