location, pretty easy access

beds had not been changed altho they were made, room had not been dusted in weeks, days? had to ask for clean sheets and blankets to make our own beds, breakfast was a few donuts and a few cookies and coffee, not a breakfast at all, management was most discourteous,

The manager is very hard to understand he speaks a different language,I got charged for a room that I had cancelled a week in advance, the manager had to come and light the pilot for the heater, gave us hard time about turning on the ac..i do not recommend this place to anyone.

Refused to give refund after my wifes surgury was canceled

It was a great value for the money. I simply needed a place to sleep for the night while traveling across country, nothing more. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and everything worked properly. The staff was friendly. I wasn't expecting a luxury room, and feel I got at least what I expected and paid for. I'd be back again.

The 'breakfast' wasn't really a breakfast as advertised, but again, for the price, I don't see that as a value-killer.

Although the rooms were very dated, the rooms were spotless. Yes, there were a few spots were the vacuum didn't pick everything up, but the toilet looked brand new, the sinks were clean, the shower/tub combo didn't have any mildew or hard water stains at all. We booked two rooms and both were of the same quality of cleanliness. I was surprised given the outward appearance of the motel......which looked nothing like the photo online. My kids did think it was cool that they had actual keys to their room instead of a key card, lol.

The pool was not in service.....so that was a bummer. And we had a glitch in our travel plans and tried to cancel our second room. The website said we could cancel up to 24 hours in advance...which we were....but the motel owner refused. So that was beyond aggravating. And, their is no corporate number because it is self owned and operated. We won't stay there again.

Het bed was goed.

De kamer was klein en niet echt schoon. Badkamer had een geurtje. De buurt was lawaaierig, ook 's nachts door voorbijrijdende treinen. Tv, koffiezet en wifi werkten niet. Ontbijt moest staande gegeten worden en was heel onaantrekkelijk, dus elders ontbeten.

Nachdem wir darum baten uns ein anderes Zimmer als dieses übelriechendes Raucherzimmer zu geben, bekamen wir dies auch. Was sich im Nachhinein als Fehler erwies. Dieses Zimmer war ohne Kühlschrank in einer Zeit von extrem heißen Tagen. Nach unserer Anfrage bekamen wir zu hören: Entweder Raucherzimmer mit, oder Nichtraucherzimmer ohne Kühlschrank. Alternativen gab es nicht. Wir blieben bei Nichtraucher und besorgten uns im Supermarkt Eis (-würfel). Erst später bemerkten wir wie saudreckig das Zimmer war. Staubig, klebrig und was das Schlimmste war. Die Bettwäsche war 100 % ig noch von m I n d e s t e n s einem Vorgänger. Dreckflecke überall. Desweiteren Flecke wo man mit einiger Phantasie ahnen konnte woher diese stammten. Wir wollten am liebsten wieder fort, hatten aber schon bezahlt, es war auch spät, wir waren lange mit dem Bike unterwegs und vom Personal auch keiner mehr zu sehen. Dass am nächsten Morgen kein Kaffee mehr da war, war dann schon fast ein positiver Aspekt. So etwas ekelhaftes hatten wir in drei Wochen usa sonst nicht noch einmal erlebt. Trotz auch einiger sehr spatanischer Einrichtungen. Hände weg von dieser Einrichtung !!!

Someone else's hair on the towels, no heat, mattress that was actually painful, door lock didn't work, very noisy, didn't even try the breakfast because the room was so dirty I didn't trust them to make edible food

A motel in the middle of the desert where the air-conditioning doesn't work -- not good. Visible stains on every surface -- chairs, bedspread, etc. -- even worse. Plus it was twice as expensive as it should have been, given the location and quality -- and non-refundable (otherwise I would have left as soon as I saw the room). Avoid.

Room was old and dirty. Towels were old, discolored, and worn out. We stayed for two nights and the day that the maid service came in, they reused our bath floor towel, which was dirty and wet, and hung it over the tub. They did not vacuum. We were extremely disappointed.

Every night stand and dresser had ugly water spots on 95% of the wood in our room. The breakfast was a few tiny muffins we went out. The towels were hard as rocks not soft.

Door was broken and had big gaps around the frame and was not repaired properly. The cold wind was blowing into the room. Towels were very hard and unfit to use , we had to go to target and buy towels. The breakfast was an absoulte joke with a flimmsy table set up in a tiny lobby with garbage.

Horrible hotel. Horrible staff. Gross and unclean

The price is cheap, the location to downtown flagstaff good and the staff helpful, bedding was clean and the bed comfortable. Def for budget holiday makers or smokers
