It was convenient for my plans to visit friends in Williams.
The bathroom tub was too dirty, didn't use it to take a shower. Had to sponge bath from the sink! The coffee was not tasty. Cheap cookies for breakfast. Not impressive!
Posizione. Gentilissimo il proprietario
The sheets and towels. the condition of the whole place.
The owner was nice at check in.
The bed slanted toward the middle and was probably bought at Wal-mart. Breakfast was little chocolate donuts and cookies. That is not breakfast! I didn't expect a hot breakfast, but cereal, fruit, and oatmeal are minimum requirement in my opinion.
Stinking room and breakfast was so terrible, only black coffee, horrible cookies and muffins, we could not eat anything. Would be better not offer anything.
The only thing that was a positive about this place is that it was across from a grocery store which was handy in restocking the coolers.
This place is very outdated with dirty lampshades, towels that look and feel like they were previously used at a carwash and a toilet that sounded like an airplane gearing up for takeoff. We rented 3 rooms and there was something wrong with each one of them. The breakfast consisted of stale donuts and bad coffee. There is an active train & a busy road literally out the back door of this place. This is the worse motel that I have ever stayed in & I wouldn't recommend it at all.
My complaint is the room in Williams Az. Number 16 . Booking number 299330948 . This was by far the most despicable hotel room I have ever stayed in ! I have traveled all over the world and I have never seen a room in such poor condition! : 1 The Door Jam had a 9” piece missing so you could see out the door! : 2 The Bed drop 7” in the middle and the spring poked through the mattress! Then mattress smelled like dirty clothes! : 3 The floor was so uneven! I tripped several time just walking to the bathroom! : 4 The TV was so old you could hardly see the picture from the distortion in it! : 5 The Furniture was very old! It had a lot of water damage on the tops and sides! : 6 The Bathroom smelled like a port-a-potty, there was mold on the shower walls. The toilet was very old and not clean at all and it smelled like mold. The tile was so slippery when wet; I step out of the shower I almost feel twice. The whole shower had been painted over like they were trying to cover something up. The towels where like sand paper very old and dinge. The bathroom paint was coming off the walls and there was mold in the corners! The shower curtain had mildew on it! : 7 The walls around the bathroom was separated a bought 1 inch from the ceiling! : 8 The carpet in the room was very dirty! It turned the bottom of my feet black after I walked on it! : 9 The Room smelled like a Locker room that had never been cleaned! : 10 The curtains were covered in stains and parts of it where falling off the curtain rood! : 11 The Smoke Detector was inoperable! It look like it was from the 1950’s : 12 No available plugs in bathroom for hair dryer! : 13 The outside stares where very unsafe! They were covered in carpet that was coming off and they were a trip hazard! : 14 The Manager was very rude about the remote on the TV not working and treated us like we were completely stupid about how to operate the remote!
The location was nice, close to down town.
There was mold on the shower curtain, the floor squeaked so bad we got a call from management at 11pm stating the couple below us complained to them, the door didn't shut all the way and the chain was non-existent, the bed was comfy, but the pillows were limp and dead.
Room was ok for the price and it was good to have wifi.
Registration/reception area looked disappointing - this gave the wrong impression.
The ice machine and WiFi worked.
We paid for a double queen room and were given a double double room. The dead bolt did not latch. There was no was to keep young children from opening the door. The bathroom tub was filthy. They had us pay extra for the 2 kids but did not offer extra pillows or towels. The walls and ceiling were so thin you could here everyone's conversations and movements. The staff did not even offer to make things right, just tried to defer the blame. The mattresses and box springs did not fill the bed frame leaving 4 inches of the metal base poking out beyond the bed for all of us to kick and trip over. My foot got cut and brused be used because of it. The cable connector on the TV was broken leaving an awful TV image. The "confidential breakfast" was a tray of mini muffins and cookies. Coffee was wretched, tasted like Ovaltine.
The lady was very nice and had a pleasing personality. There is Wifi available, beds were comfortable.
The place looks run down. Shower was stained toilets were small. Breakfast offered was coffee and a mini muffin or cookies. The place was full, so invest and renovate!
No breakfast would have been better than the one offered. Dirty carpets. Towels loundered but with old stains.
Friendly staff. Clean rooms
It was an old motel. The TV was old and didn't work well.
Only the wi fi was o.k
The bath was durty, the door didnt close, we herd the people next door going to bathroom, the air condition was very loud and not cool enough
Price was good for one night
Pillows and bed were not comfortable to me , but I am picky The cosmetics of the room , paint, drywall , tile, were poorly done , my 5 year old could do a better job
Good location, short walk into Williams for dinner.
Breakfast was a few basic items on a small table in reception, with another small table for two people to sit at. No guests bothered with breakfast which is perhaps the point. The door required some effort to close, it needed some weight for the lock to engage in the latch.
The location and price were good.
It wasn't very clean. The staff needs to speak better English.
breakfast: horrible coffee, mp sitting breakfast area, muffins and oatmeal coockie, carry and go
Location downtown made it easy to cruise this classic town on foot.
Seedy accomodations: bathroom very outdated, toilet paper roll inaccessible from toilet, TV had snow on all channels and fuzzy sound, had to slam the door to close it, etc.
Easy access to train station.
Availability to get a really good meal without having to go all the way to Flagstaff.
The location was good and easy to get on the road to Grand Canyon.
The bathroom was dirty and falling apart. The sink was leaning down, and the shelf for the towels was about to fall off the wall. They advertised coffee and tea making facilities, but there was nothing in the room apart from a freezing cold fridge and a microwave. The also advertised complimentary breakfast, but it was only some instant coffee and some muffins and some cookies. More like a morning tea break selection.
- I saw no cockroaches..... - There was WiFi.
On my way to the Grand Canyon, I spent a night in this establishment. I'm sorry to say....but there were nearly nothing to like and so much to dislike. Considering my tough East European background, I'm totally not spoiled, hard to please person, and when I say that something is bad...it is really bad.. -The room had an old, super heavy, super strong musky cleaning agents odour, strong to the point of inducing vomiting. - My pillowcase had grey streaks (like if someone with dirty hear slept on it), and number of small pea sized holes. - Bathroom door was difficult to close and it didn't have a lock on it. - Bath tub was damaged and chipped. - The whole space looked dirty. - Bad was not comfortable...and after seeing the pillowcase, I even didn't bother to remove the cover...I slept on top of it, covered by a sleeping bag from my car. - The building construction was old and squeaky. I could hear every word, and every step in the room above me (floor boards would literary squeak with every step, when walked on them). Summary: Considering all the downfalls...the price was high indeed. As a "special" I paid $80 for a room with 2 double beds, and because there was an extra kid (third person), I had to pay $10 extra...so, with the tax added, I paid total of $103. If I knew what kind of establishment/room was this, I would do myself a favour and avoid it by all means. Well, I'll make sure to never wander there again.
Dirty and run down..needs painting, repairs, and overall updating..try reservations anywhere but here! By far the worst accommodations in my 30 years of travel.
Not as clean as a jail . Mattress was so worn out we had to sleep sideways to avoid the dip . No night lock on door . Bathroom was like in a 50's truck stop . Just a run down hotel in need of maintenance .
