The bed was extremely comfortable with nice pillows. TV was also new. Close to the train station and several restaurants. Very low price.
Tired and worn facilities. Towels were clean but dingy looking.
Location was the good.
Clean room, TV, fridge , High speed internet , courteous owners
A little bit over prised .The same room 20 min drive farer in Ash Fork was almost as twice as cheap.
It's a place to sleep. Close to down town.
high price, smelly room, noisy
overall clean /friendly staff/you are getting what you pay for.
Relatively convenient as a one-night stop one the way from Grand Canyon to California
Unfriendly staff. Old, dirty. "Breakfast" was very bad coffee and stale cookies
Close to train depot. Fairly inexpensive. TV was the easiest to navigate.
Bathroom need to be updated.
It's near to the town center
Poor accommodation The hotel is old and dirty. The room (the owner say to be really comfortable) in fact was quite small with uncomfortable beds and furniture that need of repairs. Breakfast was....unspeakable!!! The owner was rude: the thing that irritated us was that she wanted an extra fee per day for our children, but she has specified that the payment could not be paid with a credit card like the rest of the account, but cash. To our remostrances for this, she said that we could choose between accepting or leaving, of course, with the charge on our credit card of the night already booked (it was confirmed by the Customer Service Booking).
Value - $70/night. Location - walking distance to downtown mainstreet.
Place is worn out. Just needs some upgrades and TLC.
It was convenient for my plans to visit friends in Williams.
The bathroom tub was too dirty, didn't use it to take a shower. Had to sponge bath from the sink! The coffee was not tasty. Cheap cookies for breakfast. Not impressive!
Posizione. Gentilissimo il proprietario
The sheets and towels. the condition of the whole place.
The owner was nice at check in.
The bed slanted toward the middle and was probably bought at Wal-mart. Breakfast was little chocolate donuts and cookies. That is not breakfast! I didn't expect a hot breakfast, but cereal, fruit, and oatmeal are minimum requirement in my opinion.
The inn was close to all shop's and the railway ... The lady at the front desk was helpful ..
The place was called a luxury inn Definitely wasn't, there was no hair dryer breakfast was very ordinary, the room was very outdated, the pillow's were very badly stained and the blanket on the bed was old . Needed cleaning.
It was across the street from Safeway.
We've stayed in a lot of hotels and we don't usually mind the lower end priced hotels and usually are not that picky. But this was the exception. We walked in and felt cramped already. Very small room with lots of furniture packed in it. The bathroom was dirty. There was a dead bug in the middle of the floor. There was black dirt (or mold) caked on the window sill and bottom of window. There was a live spider on the wall of the shower. That was just the bathroom. We pulled down the bedspread and there was a dead bug on the blanket! Needless to say, I was very discouraged at this point. Because we actually paid more for it than we have for nicer motels. I felt creepy all night. In the morning we opened the drapes and the rod to open it was filthy. Didn't even want to touch it. Their breakfast consisted of coffee (no other beverage at all) Little Debbie snacks and muffins. Overall the worst experience we've had. Never again!!!
omg the srea i was put in.the maatress was proably 20 years old. it was dingy dark felt old, the free breakfadt that was mentioned was coffe way over price stayed in mitel 6 next night e u advertise had pool and free wy fi for 40$ come on booking .com check it out beforeyou advertisr it place sucked
Stinking room and breakfast was so terrible, only black coffee, horrible cookies and muffins, we could not eat anything. Would be better not offer anything.
The only thing that was a positive about this place is that it was across from a grocery store which was handy in restocking the coolers.
This place is very outdated with dirty lampshades, towels that look and feel like they were previously used at a carwash and a toilet that sounded like an airplane gearing up for takeoff. We rented 3 rooms and there was something wrong with each one of them. The breakfast consisted of stale donuts and bad coffee. There is an active train & a busy road literally out the back door of this place. This is the worse motel that I have ever stayed in & I wouldn't recommend it at all.
My complaint is the room in Williams Az. Number 16 . Booking number 299330948 . This was by far the most despicable hotel room I have ever stayed in ! I have traveled all over the world and I have never seen a room in such poor condition! : 1 The Door Jam had a 9” piece missing so you could see out the door! : 2 The Bed drop 7” in the middle and the spring poked through the mattress! Then mattress smelled like dirty clothes! : 3 The floor was so uneven! I tripped several time just walking to the bathroom! : 4 The TV was so old you could hardly see the picture from the distortion in it! : 5 The Furniture was very old! It had a lot of water damage on the tops and sides! : 6 The Bathroom smelled like a port-a-potty, there was mold on the shower walls. The toilet was very old and not clean at all and it smelled like mold. The tile was so slippery when wet; I step out of the shower I almost feel twice. The whole shower had been painted over like they were trying to cover something up. The towels where like sand paper very old and dinge. The bathroom paint was coming off the walls and there was mold in the corners! The shower curtain had mildew on it! : 7 The walls around the bathroom was separated a bought 1 inch from the ceiling! : 8 The carpet in the room was very dirty! It turned the bottom of my feet black after I walked on it! : 9 The Room smelled like a Locker room that had never been cleaned! : 10 The curtains were covered in stains and parts of it where falling off the curtain rood! : 11 The Smoke Detector was inoperable! It look like it was from the 1950’s : 12 No available plugs in bathroom for hair dryer! : 13 The outside stares where very unsafe! They were covered in carpet that was coming off and they were a trip hazard! : 14 The Manager was very rude about the remote on the TV not working and treated us like we were completely stupid about how to operate the remote!
The location was nice, close to down town.
There was mold on the shower curtain, the floor squeaked so bad we got a call from management at 11pm stating the couple below us complained to them, the door didn't shut all the way and the chain was non-existent, the bed was comfy, but the pillows were limp and dead.
Room was ok for the price and it was good to have wifi.
Registration/reception area looked disappointing - this gave the wrong impression.
The ice machine and WiFi worked.
We paid for a double queen room and were given a double double room. The dead bolt did not latch. There was no was to keep young children from opening the door. The bathroom tub was filthy. They had us pay extra for the 2 kids but did not offer extra pillows or towels. The walls and ceiling were so thin you could here everyone's conversations and movements. The staff did not even offer to make things right, just tried to defer the blame. The mattresses and box springs did not fill the bed frame leaving 4 inches of the metal base poking out beyond the bed for all of us to kick and trip over. My foot got cut and brused be used because of it. The cable connector on the TV was broken leaving an awful TV image. The "confidential breakfast" was a tray of mini muffins and cookies. Coffee was wretched, tasted like Ovaltine.
The lady was very nice and had a pleasing personality. There is Wifi available, beds were comfortable.
The place looks run down. Shower was stained toilets were small. Breakfast offered was coffee and a mini muffin or cookies. The place was full, so invest and renovate!
No breakfast would have been better than the one offered. Dirty carpets. Towels loundered but with old stains.
