the whole place.. It was discusting Luke warm water thin very thin bath towels and small towels, very old T.V the door couldn't lock properly they had tape covering cracks in the wall the shower tape leaking and it wasn't really clean..
the staff were lovely
The heater was cold, we had to move to 3 different rooms as the keys would not work, the bed was so so and do you want me to on?
No grassy area for the dog to do his thing.
Friendly owner and comfy bed! Could bring my furry family member.
I can not find the reason to complain:)
Very friendly staff. Just a good motel for a rest in reasonable price
Very friendly owner willing to help with any query.
Despite using correct password wasn't possible to use wi-fi connection.
Good location during the transfer from Wyoming to Arizona.
Scary parking lot with inadequate parking spaces. People milling around all night and smoking right outside the non-smoking rooms. Window curtains did not close and were torn with hem falling out. Lamp falling apart. Pool area is a junk yard.
Reasonable price for the time we spent there. Small fridge and microwave. Plenty of ice. Convenient location.
It was a poor location, hard to get to
It was very inexpensive. Good value.
The rooms were so dirty. I do not think they had cleaned the bathrooms in years. There was dirt all alone the bottom of the walls. The manager said he just took over he really should make sure housekeeping is cleaning the rooms. It looked like all they did was change sheets, make beds and put towels in the rooms. I will not stay there again.
There was not much to like. It was a place to stay at the last minute and it was the only thing left. The manager was very friendly and was the only reason we did not leave. He was very nice and helpful.
Room was good enough for that price
Shabby mattress, dirty bathroom, overpriced for value, keycard was hard to use, worn towels
Location, staff friendliness, quiet
The commode was full of stool that had sat there for a while...we did get a discount but it was disgusting!
It is a disgrace. the air conditioner unit was filthy from years of use. It is run down, the pool is inoperable, the staff is very unfriendly and poor. We checked out and found a another room even though we had paid for this one. this one needs to be removed from your options!!!!!!! the pictures show do not reflect the dump this place is!!
Deskclerk is very unpolite, telling racist jokes against south american people.
The person at the front desk wasn't very friendly. After 9 hours of driving, one would prefer a welcoming smile, rather than being made to feel like he's doing you a favor. The carpet needed cleaning, or replacing.
It was ok. the bed and pillows were good. there was a fridge and micro.
No Ice machine
Room was comfortable
Wlan was not really working
WiFi was just ok. Had to sit at table to get reception and I like to sit on the bed but it was better than nothing which was what we had at a motel the night before.
Bed was comfortable. Refrigerator had room in freezer to refreeze ice for traveling. Nice view of mountains. We would stay again.
Could not get wi-fi
However, Old mattress & box spring. Not comfortable.
Clean room. Quiet. Check in quick. Several nice improvements keeping up with demands of the traveling public.
We did have a few issues with the WiFi. Strong signal, but just couldn't get it to work on our Androids...
We turned up late and after hours... messed up our booking by double-booking on line up, so that they had to call Booking.com at 12am to sort out the mixup... and missed the breakfast deadline, but still, through all this, they were amazing and helped us out. After 14 motels, these guys were hands-down the best. Staff that make you want to come back, not just to 'Budget Host Nights Inn', but America itself.
The mattress was so horrible, it felt more like sleeping on a plain box spring. The sheets were so old and thin, you could see the microwave light shining through them in the dark. The cable TV box had been stolen, so there was no TV watching. (They offered us another room, but we were already unpacked). They advertised a continental breakfast which consisted of weak coffee, a loaf of bread with Blue Bonnet margarine, a box of Kellogg's Raisin Bran, and a jug of milk. Pretty lame. It was just a $55 room, but it wasn't a whole lot more comfortable than sleeping in the car!
The concierge gentleman was very kind. The heater worked and was quiet.
They had a mini fridge and a microwave which was nice
