The staff were very pleasant.
I was expecting an older, low frills motel with clean rooms. What I received was quite surprising! I put my phone down on top of the dresser and found grit all over the back of it and everything else I put on there. When I went in the washroom to take a shower and put a bathmat on the floor, there were cigarette ashes and other grit under the sink (so much for a non smoking room) and a long strand of hair in the tub. Thinking I'd just forgo the shower, I grabbed a washcloth and proceeded to wash my face finding another long strand of hair (someone must be shedding. Sigh...) Done with preparing for bed, I began pulling down the blankets on the bed so I could crawl in. Wouldn't you know it, there were several more strands of long, dark, hair laying on top of holey sheets. Not a small hole or tear, but several big enough to put a finger tip through. I couldn't believe it!
The staff was nice
Bedding was dirty, only one bath towel no soap at all had people in and out 2 doors down all night all around a filthy place.
Bed not made up upon return in the evening. No soap burnt out lights no coffee when promised in morning. chipped formica and plaster not really clean
Comfortable bed/ free WiFi/ Affordable
Not particularly clean/ bring your own soap, shampoo and conditioner/ "Them Banits" (Juvenile gang that can't spell?) written in pencil on the wall/ Yes, the writing was literally on the wall! Pun intended!
Convenient location with refrigerator and microwave. Older style motel that is in process of upgrade. Friendly staff. Not perfect, but good value for cost.
Obvious that repairs have been amaturely made and freshly painted. Need new linens as stains need to be bleached out. Need better quality linens and sheets.
everything. It was dirty. The room was cold when we arrived. Had to wait 2 hours for the room to warm up. It was very run down. The furniture was old and ratty looking. For the money, this room was terrible.
Newer mattress, fairly comfortable, clean sheets and bedding. Did my normal bed bug check and it was clean.
Room was cold and took forever to warm up. Tub had hair in drain, spider webs behind bathroom door. Not the cleanest room I had been in.
I like the location.
There was dryed buggers on the walls and lamp shades dryed blood on the bathroom door the door had a gap at the bottom and we couldnt keep it worm i would of left but i didnt have aney more money and we were there because my wifes grandmother passed away . i told the staff and he wouldnt do aneything about it iwill never eaver go there again
We had a roof over our head.
No wall plugs. The microwave cord was to short, the bed came apart while I was sleeping (botom sheet came undone), no hot water, and the bathroom was to small. No coffee in the morning,
They were very friendly and helpful. I will stay there again.
Room exactly as advertised. Quiet room with quick access to I-5
Parking was safe and available!
I am a frequent traveler, and I expected a modern boarding experience, instead I received a low grade place to stay and not a home away from home. The hotel advertised free wifi, but the connection was so slow that I fell asleep waiting for a connection. The hotel doe not have hair dryers, nor electrical outlets for charging accessories. I will never stay here again. Motel 6 is a better choice...
Close to the interstate. Cheap!
Beer cans laying all over the location, 30 year old TV's, rock hard bed, terrible shower, soap and shampoo packets are terrible etc, etc, etc.
I liked the layout if the rooms, drive in and park, all the rooms had parking lot access. We also liked the price, but honestly, in a just world, it would cost $29.99 a night.
Very very basic. In fair, not great condition. Old TV's, old carpet, paint cracked here and there in the rooms, ALL white, no decor. Like I said, very simple. Strong odor of cleaning materials when we first entered, but hey, at least we figured no germs could survive.
It was quiet.
The room didn't appear very clean, walls in bathroom were dirty, stained comforter, curtains were ratty. Wifi was touch and go all the time.
Three of us came as a group and were put in rooms that were about 8 doors apart even though there were no guests in the rooms between us. The rooms on the bottom floor are below street level which gave us all an uneasy feeling. Just was not a comfortable stay.
Had a small fridge & microwave. King bed ok. Most
Noisy, in poor condition, not accessible.
Needs update and remodel.
Odor of room. No extras. No hair dryer in room. No ice bucket. Only two towels for a family of four. Many trips to the office for things most other models provide.
This is an old hotel that needs to be removed and a new one built in its place. The old concrete is crumbling on the steps showing the rebar that hold it together. Beds were hard as the floor. Few electrical outlets.
Location was good. Easy to reach restaurants. Staff was pleasant.
At first there was a problem with the charges. They eventually did respond and correct the misunderstanding to everyone's satisfaction and a credit was issued.
Convenient location. Easy in and out. Good setting for pets.
Place is a bit shabby - lots of deferred maintenance. Hope someday they can take care of it.
Reasonably priced, convenient to highways.
Needs updating. Skylight allows streetlights and morning light to brighten room with curtains on window closed.
It was comfortable and close to stores.
