Where to begin. We'll there was a mix up with our room so when we called to straighten it out, the staff was extremely rude. They did finally fix what room we were in. One we got up there, the receptionist was just as rude because she recognized the name. When we got in our room, it was awful. It was a non smoking room, but it stunk like stale smoke. We have a toddler and this was another issue, the door handle was low enough that any child who can stand, could pull it open. Plus there was only one lock and it was right by the handle so even if we locked it, he knew how to open it. The hotel doesn't offer cribs, which would've been nice. The bathrooms were disgusting. All the outlets would spark if you plugged anything in. And the phone in the room doesn't work. In the morning when we were getting ready, housekeeping just walked right in, didn't knock or anything. I was in the middle of getting dressed, thank goodness I was behind our stack of luggage. It was awful, hated this hotel. We thought with it being in the middle of Boise, that it would be a little nicer. Yeah its cheap, but a piece of advice, spend a little more to go to a different place.
That it was only a one night stay.
