Well, the people who man the desk were nice. The bed was comfortable and I liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The room was run down and dirt on the door. We didn't use the bathtub because we weren't sure if it was clean and there was mold in the grout. The bathroom door was broken and had punch holes in it.

Water pressure was good, and there was plenty of hot water. The facility is basically a good one, but it is simply not managed well at all. Price was great, but for what I received it was no bargain. This was the dirtiest motel room I have ever stayed in. The toilet bowl had brown deposits under the water in the bowl--deposits that are removed by cleaning. The rim of the toilet bowl hadn't been cleaned. Chrome surfaces were uncleaned and coated with deposits that could be removed by cleaning. The microwave was uncleaned, filled with food that had splattered all over from previous use. There was a visible line of dust within an inch of the wall around the perimeter of the room. Obviously no one has taken the hose of the sweeper to clean right up to the wall. There was a pen lying on the floor that had obviously been missed by sweepers. The hot and cold water lines were connected to the wrong faucets. Paint from a previous paint job was splattered on door and woodwork. There was dust on almost every horizontal surface. There was some kind of white powder smudged on the surface of the refrigerator.

The room were dirty, bathroom was awful - a wad of hair on the floor behind the toilet, said they would provide copy and toast - but when over to get it they said they don't have enough people that use it so was not available - I will never stay there again.

Holes in the carpet. Holes in the window curtains. No microwave evan though the Bookings.com print out said there would be one, No refrigerator. Only two bars of soap and one was broken. Breakfast was very poor. Milk was left out to warm because there was no reigerator. No juice. We later discovered that there was a AAA Motel down the road at the same price. Very old and not well kept. Sorry.

Nice and quiet rooms for the price. Close to dinning and stores. Will return next year. Coffee and toast is all you well get for breakfast. It would be so easy to add boiled eggs, cereal and milk.

I have worked in 39 states in my 20 year Real Estate Career, and stayed in 100's of hotels. This "Inn/Motel" is the absolute single worst $70 motel, budget or otherwise, that I've ever experienced. If there had been another choice in town after my 10 hour drive, I would have surely taken it. The room was filthy, the beds and bedding old and dilapidated. No amenities what so ever, unless an antique microwave that sparked when I plugged it in, counts as an amenity. No frig. Towels that I would dry my car with and a tv, may 14 inches, from the stone age. And I'm being gentle here.....

Not much, we didn't even stay the second night, even though we had paid. It was close to downtown area. The main thing that I didn't like was the carpet was so stained and dirty. There were ants.

Room was located behind stairway to second floor, hard to access for a senior couple. Door lock was dysfunctional, the strike plate was lying on the table in the room. There were many other unoccupied rooms, so we can only conclude that the room we were given was done purposely. When we went to check in the person at the desk said the reservation was for only one person so she had to find us a room. When I checked the reservation confirmation it definitely stated for two persons.

The cabin was as clean as my own home. It was made out of wood and had no smells. There was a heater that had a built-in flame to create the ambiance of a fire that I found very romantic as well as useful. There was a microwave and little frig that worked great keeping our ice hard. Very private, with ample outlets and lights. We stayed in a studio with our own shower and bath. We used the laundry facilities too. There was a table and chair inside the cabin, an outdoor porch and steps away from Madison River. We saw an osprey very close by. It was rustic living and a great place to stay for our Yellowstone visit. It took approximately 30 min to drive to west entrance but the scenery was well worth it, and low stress as there was no traffic.

We are a family on a 23-day vacation throughout the U.S., staying in many motels and hotels, and unfortunately this was the worst. We have absolutely nothing nice to say about this inn. Going in, the room was not cleaned, carpets and roof had multiple stains. Trying to be optimistic we continued. The bathroom light was burned out and they informed us after asking for a new one that it was just broken. So we did not have any light. When we asked for a cot, as we had planned on putting the 5th kid on the floor but decided to not even remove our shoes during our stay, the lady was very rude and complained about having to get it for us when "it was all the way upstairs." The free internet only reached the first few rooms from the office, which meant I had to sit on the curb outside. The continental breakfast was bagels from the freezer. I opened the fridge to look for juice and found old take out containers and cases of beer. We did try to be optimistic, but cannot recommend this hotel.

For the price, the room was very family friendly - refrigerator and microwave for preparing small meals for hungry people arriving late or children who don;t eat well in restaurants. Rooms were advertised as non-smoking and the signs on the door indicated same; but there was a definite stale smoke odor in the room. Rooms would benefit from a good paint job on the walls and newer carpets to get rid of the smell.
