All though there was a plumbing issue, the staff made sure we were taken care of and put us in another room. =D
There was a bit of a plumbing issue
The motel was within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and other amenities offered in Flagstaff.
For me, everything was right. Clean, comfortable, very friendly, helpful, free wireless internet (worked well)
Great location. Even though it is by the main road, it was quiet.
Very comfortable beds
Simple motel. Good value. Clean rooms and friendly staff.
Nice staff, excellent central location, no problems during my stay.
I like early coffee, and the lobby wasn't open early (no coffee in rooms).
For the money great value nice big room and well furnished
perhaps a coffee machine in the room would be an asset
Very clean, good central location and perfect WiFi connectivity.
No tea coffee and no iron in the room. No breakfast.
The owners were very friendly and involved in the immediate needs of their guests. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the property! It is such a great value.
Best Motel during our road trip so far, spacious room, cleanness, location, everything was good.
Generally clean, freshly painted, clean bed linens and curtains. Has been refurbished, even if the furniture is inexpensive. nice size refrigerator. Good cable TV lots of channels.
Carpet was filthy even if the rest of the room was clean. Cheap thin inadequate towels. Pillows were very flat and soft and uncomfortable. No hooks in the shower to hang clothes or robe. Small clothes hanging area, no privacy in bathroom area except shower. needs a suitcase stand.
Location excellent, close to really good Himalayan Restaurant for dinner and excellent diner for breakfast
Nice model, you could just park the car outside your home.
When i typed in Grand Canyon South rim on booking, the Budget Inn is listed on the top place. Actually, you still need to drive 1 & half hours to get there, further than imagined.
Close to lots if places to eat and free parking . Recommend the bun huggers
Good value for money, clean
Noise - other room doors slam very loudly
+ Spacious, clean rooms + Quiet + Great value for money
- Nothing that I can think of
Good value for the money. Room was clean, beds fine, close to all/NAU/Old Town. Very easy access and parking. Quite suitable for money spent.
Comfy bed, recently redecorated room, spotlessly clean, good shower, fridge & microwave in room
No guest laundry or drinking water
Three was only one pillow per person.
Un peu en retrait de la zone commerciale
Good eating places in town Fair for the price
You'll get your money's worth, clean, quiet, comfortable and well located by many eating options.
exterior is not inviting, but that's not where you sleep.
Okay for a 2 day road trip stopover. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
The owner initially tried to get me to sign a blank receipt - had to request he write in costs to be charged. The in room fridge was very loud, we ended up turning it off.
Cheap motel, wifi and (Some sort) of breakfast available.
There are multiple types of rooms, updated rooms and an older type. We got the room that needs updating...
