I could walk to NAU for school functions.
Fair price and clean / comforftable room.
Location and price.
check-in was fast and uncomplicated, the rooms were clean and functional with parking right outside the room. Good price for a good service.
nothing to dislike
Extremelly helpful staff, accomodated us before our check in time. Great location near a lot of (fast food) restaurants (Chick fil A, Chipotle, Panda Express, Dunkin') and a gas station. Reasonable price.
Good for staying one night before or after visiting the Grand Canyon. The room was clean and adequate.
Right up the road from sprouts and sizzler! perfect spot to do a pit stop for the night!
location clean quiet
Good wifi. Close to everything
Good wifi, helpful front desk staff, comfortable rooms with fridge and microwave. Good location to use as a base to the Grand Canyon (about an 45min drive into the park), but is not close to downtown Flagstaff.
Clean Well maintained Great value No train noise in a city where long freight trains run smack down Main Street.
Price, cleanliness, pleasant staff, location, comfortable bed
No breakfast, but really didn't expect it at these prices.
Loved the comfortable beds, super-cold A/C, cleanliness of room and restroom was much appreciated! 2 minutes away from NAU campus (we were there for a tour.)
The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. A variety of restaurants were in walking distance. Shops were close by.The room was comfortable. It was our stay over whilst visiting the Grand Canyon. All in all a great place to stay for a budget hotel.
Nothing at all.
More or less close to grand canyon and bearizona; free wi-fi; excellent value for money; good facilities.
Wi fi connection was poor, did not have breakfast
It was very pleasant no problem All good All good
It was easy to locate.
Nothing special about it. No personality.
THERE HAS GOT TO BE A HEALTH CLUB!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rooms are dated
cleanliness, location, good beds
no breakfast offered
I can't think of anything
There are zero amenities at this facility for starters. I checked in late so I just wanted to sleep. When I woke up in the morning, I noticed the bed I slept on had some really nasty sheets; as if someone had walked all over the bed-needless to say it was made when I checked in. When I brought it to the attention of the employee, he blamed me for not telling him the night before and thereby allowing him to change the sheets. Then he went on to explain to me how the stack of new sheets were on the way but not for another two days. I didn't want to stay there for the second night so I asked to speak with a manager. After a number of attempts to reach said manager on the phone, clerk had to leave a message. I asked for a refund on my second night but I was told I had to contact Booking because he couldn't just do it; which is what I did. In the end, I never did talk with that elusive manager. I ended up checking in with a Hilton a little way away that wasn't much more but the service was night and day. Despite the name, I thought the price was high enough to guarantee adequate accommodations and service but I was wrong. In business, mistakes happen but it's how the establishment reacts that's more important. Hilton would have refunded me my entire stay along with an apology. However, when it's common occurrence, you develope a coping mechanism; in this case, blame the guess.
Budget Inn was very clean and nicely decorated. The room included a refrigerator, microwave, free WiFi, and the tv had a good amount of cable channels including HBO. The beds were very comfortable. Very quiet and good location. In walking distance of several restaurants, Walgreens, and Barnes & Noble. Extremely decent motel for the money!!!
Was visiting family in Flag and just needed a place for overnight. The room was was very clean as was the bathroom. Having Wi-Fi, a fridge and microwave in the room was a plus. Oh, it was near lots of food places. There was a Dunkin' Donuts across the street which was great for coffee in the morning!
The negative side was that the rooms were very small and pretty bare-bones. The bed was kind of hard, but overlooked that as we were only staying overnight. The location was not the greatest was on the main road in and out of Flag, so lots of traffic that could be heard through the door. But if you turn the AC on or you wore earplugs it would be fine.
The most comfortable beds on our trip so far. Access from 2 streets. Hassle free check in.
No laundry facilities, no safe for valuables
What we liked about Budget was the price. We were there to help my daughter move to a new apartment, not for vacation. The place was newly remodeled and is very clean. Very centrally located too. It was fine for a 2 night stay and we were there just to sleep.
The sheets are a little rough, but you are not at a high end hotel.
location in Flagstaff and proximity to food, cleanliness and friendliness of front desk
Too far from Grand Canyon to be advertising among the Grand Canyon facilities.
