They had wifi which worked well and the 'hotel' has a great location right in the middle of sunset boulevard close to major tourist attractions and shopping areas
Room was extremely dirty and had not been cleaned at all from previous guests - bed not even re made - stains everywhere - last guests trash everywhere - nasty place - did not want to sleep there at all - at least try and clean the rooms - disgusting! Stay away from this place - it may be cheap but not worth it - pay a bit more for a better place like dunes inn sunset :)
Nothing..maybe just the position
Staff was so rude!! Especially the girl at the front desk!! Room was very old and not very clean. It's the worst place where I've ever been! OK just if you need a roof on your head for 1 night
Washroom is filthy.
the guy owner is nice very heplful location
room need to do whole renovation the toilet you sit sideways not enough room stairs no elevator if you have luggage with you to carry.
Great location! Staff was nice!
It was dirty. There were hairs in my bed!
Handy to see Hollywood sign, walk of fame, Chinese theatre.
Very seedy scruffy and dangerous area. Hotel falling to pieces and full of low-life.
Cerca a Hollywood &Highland, al paseo dela fama, museo, teatro dolby, teatro chino etc.
Vending machine is out of stock Front Desk was unattended at check out Carpet needs replaced Walls need re-papered Smoking rooms are beyond disgusting; don't ask for them
The room was disgusting and filthy!! The air conditioning and tv didn't work, the bedding was dirty, the bathroom was tiny and had no curtain on the window. We laid jackets and clothing on the bed just so we could get a few hours of sleep. My kids begged me to sleep in the car instead it was that gross!
Everything was bad and i mean everything. The smell was unbearable ,old and outdated, not safe area, not safe for children. We walked in the room and both said we are staying here turned around and went straight out and returned the key. For the love of God dont go here!!!!!!!! save your money and put it towards somewhere better.
About 10-15 minuts to Hollywood area. Fridge (but it also with an dead cockroaches).
It was an dirty room with cockroaches. Dirty because: dirty chair with spots of something, the same about carpeting. WiFi only for one gadget and you can't change your choice if have already connected some devise. For next gadget you should pay. No breakfast room. You should take some food on an tray and go back to your room. Old furniture. Not enough sun light also like other type of light. Very noisy conditioner.
Location unsafe. Parking lot wasn't good.
internet charge 5$ each terminal. No service
Quite close to the Walk of Fame and cheap.
So many negative things... Firstly I found a beetle in the bathroom. Then a couple of homeless people came knocking at my door: the area around there is really degraded! One evening we also ran out of electricity! Also, staff was very rude, especially the girl: I asked her some information and she didn't stop talking to her cellphone and gave me very unfriendly answers. Then after pointing me to a flyer I didn't care about, she just disappeared without saying even goodbye!
close to the walk of fame, great value for money
Noisy. No hair dryer. Towels are dirty.
The room and carpet was stinking.
Location to Most Things In Hollywood Nearby
Horrible Managment. I Found Roaches In My Room, Told the management even took pictures and the management vouldnt do ANYTHING For me. Very Dissapointing. Building Rundown & Out Of Date. i should have paid the evtra $20 and stayed at an Actual Hotel.
Staff was rude and wanted to charged me $5 for WiFi. The air conditioner was defective and bathroom tiny.
It was near many different public transportation options
First off, the staff are rude and not east to talk to. As an extended stay guest (10 days), you would think that they would treat us with some decency. We were placed in the worst room possible (208). Blood was splattered on the wall. The air conditioner was broken and it is too hot in California to not have air. Our window wouldn't close in the bathroom. It took to calling booking.com to change our room which was only next door and just as small. The room we booked from the picture seemed to be bigger than what we got. We saw larger rooms and they lied to us! There was no coffee and/or donuts like they said on the sight. Homeless people surrounded the hotel and the smell was unbearable. Even for the "budget" price, I still feel cheated. The housekeepers were nice which is the only good thing. Absolutely horrible stay!!
Facility is very poor. Breakfast is almost nothing. Staffs are unprofessional.
Pretty run down but its a budget motel so I went with price !!
