Score from 322 reviews Excellent
comfy bed, good price for the town, easy to get in and out
like most similar places, breakfast is not really breakfast- toast, waffle, some juice. WiFi is often hard to connect to
The sink was blocked, the lobby smell like Indian food. We paid and booked for 4 adults there were only 2 thin medium and 2 small old warn towels. The room were small. The place are not very clean.
Beds are comfy. Showers redone recently
WiFi usually doesn't connect
cheap and cheerful, the guys at front desk are very nice and friendly
poor wifi connection and beds very soft
excellent value for money
the breakfast was lousy, just sweet, starchy stuff but even without the breakfast it was good value and I had no complaint
location and the waffle making machine at breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.
small, crowded and outdated room, was unable to connect to WiFi from room.
Had a room with 2 beds in it. Both of the beds had no support in the middle and sunk in making for two nights of poor sleep. Not worth the low cost. Next time I stay in Kanab I'll pay ore to get better beds.
The office had a weird oder. The shower squirted water all over, which tells me the maid did not turn on shower to clean the stall.
Staff were friendly and very helpful. Good for stopover
A bit dated
Decent coffee, and orange juice. Nice bed.
No coat hangers. Too much sweetened cereal (why not have Corn Flakes?).
I can't mention anything.
The bedroom was really dity. A lot of long black hair was in the shower and the housekeeper asking for tip because of her "good" work... The wifi was absolutely useless. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and too narrow for two. Fortunately there was an athor bed in the room, but we spent here one night of our honeymoon...
I was expecting a front entry motel but it is slightly different. There are numerous front entries that take you into a hallway and on to your room. The room was clean and in good condition.
Location was perfect in a cute town with beautiful scenery, great adventure store and vegan reataurant options.
Something stained on sheets, looked like blood. Thank goodness we had 2 double beds. Bathroom smelled of urine.
clean room, great location for several recreational areas and national parks,
Value for money based on its location. Staffs were friendly.
Rooms were too small.fridge was leaky, so carpet was all wet from beginning.
Clean rooms, nice staff, free WiFi
Even though the outside of the building was going through some renovation it was very clean and up to date on the inside. We will deffinately stay there again
Housekeeping asking for tips.
Beds extremly soft.
Microwave/Refrigerator in room, good WiFi connection.
Locked out of room as staff had failed to set card key for entire two day stay...happened to people I was traveling with too. On check in I found staff almost rude, would not get out of his chair and insisted I hand him my ID as well as credit card. Maid's request for tips was crude.
1. Towels was so dirty, several grey or yellow spots, so that we avoided using them even for feet. 2. Wi-fi was announced but didn't actually work. Nowhere except lobby. 3. Awful customer service. Receptionist was arrogant and wasn't open to our questions and requests. Neither to requests of other people. 4. Some facilities were declared but was not presented in the room (for ex hair dryer) Ithe hotel was expensive for the service and facilities they provide
The beds and pillows were absolutely marvelous. The motel was very conveniently located and quiet.
The breakfast was a bit sparse.
Property was in shambles Security of doors and facilities very broken down Everything was in poor condition. Afraid to get in the bed Very dirty
everything is fine, thank you
Nice and quiet, newly built bathrooms with tiles, quiet A/C
