Small TV. Strange office.
Inexpensive, older motel. Easy access. Equiped with fridge and microwave.

The place was comfortable and clean. It's an older road house style of hotel, but all I wanted was a clean and quiet room to sleep in, and that's what I got.

Tiny soaps, no Kleenex, no phone to contact office if emergency, very old bathroom
Bed very comfortable, TV reception good, parking lit up at night so felt alittle safer

Filthy bathroom walls, no shampoo no extra toilet paper roll. No blanket, disgusting inside odor, old and duty carpet. Asked pre-payment, so no way to cancel.

The service and the people

Checked in at 10:40pm. Was not allowed inside the lobby. Spoke to the front desk person through a 1" x 6" slot of plexi glass. Decided to pay with cash. Wasn't giving up my credit card to him. One other person checking in behind me had the same problem. HORRID people.
Room was clean and the price was right.

Shower, too small. I'm 5'9" the shower head was 5'. The stove was in the corner, with the fridge against the oven door. You couldn't use the stove...

There was hair all over the sheets a clear indication that the sheets weren't changed. Every surface was filthy, if u ran a finger over the table or the counter, you'd come away with a black finger... Very gross. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I'd rather pay double and sleep somewhere I could actually sleep

The room we had when we checked in was nicely updated from our visit the year prior. We were nicely surprised. The managers were willing to work with us as we had to extend our stay, so they were accommodating to that and gave us a discount. The bed had a nice thick mattress too!

this place was under construction and had a debrie box in the front parking lot. the front desk had a man sitting behind a plexyglass window, very dirty looking place did not stay.

No coffee, TV was adequate @ best, freezer got water cold overnight but no ice.
Rooms were plenty clean enough. Nice room for the money. A/C worked well. Sets back off the street a bit. Parking lot felt secure. Seemed like the owners are trying to fix the place up. Great Mexican restaurant a short walk away. So many people in there we had to eat outside @ picnic table which was fine.

I've seen some pretty bad reviews for this hotel and I get it, it's dated and definitely not luxury. However, it is mostly clean and very comfortable. My room has a full size refrigerator and is large. My room is 114, a smoking room so I don't know what the other rooms are like but my bed was awesome comfortable with nice big fat pillows. The a/c works great. The staff is amazing and the wifi was fast enough that I was able to watch Netflix without it buffering. Walls are thick and I didn't hear any other guests the whole time here, even though the hotel has been full all 4 nights of my visit. I stayed once at the Woodburn Inn, just right up the road, and in addition to it costing $25 more per night, it was disgusting...and there wasn't even a mirror in the room, not anywhere. Budget Inn is the best value for the money and unless you are super snooty and require bells and whistles, this should suit anyone fine. Highly recommend and will definitely be back

My wife couldn't breathe in the room that is why we couldn't stay another night I tried to explain it to the manager which it appeared to make little difference to him
July 29, 2014
When we arrived we were shocked how run down the place was. We told the manager the toilet did not work and the door was extremely hard to line up to use the dead bolt. He was extremely rude and told us be lucky we found a room pirtland was sold out.

The filthiness, the hair in the tub. Only 1 wash cloth, the stained sheets & pillows we went and bought new to sleep on. Thank God I carry febreeze spray for the stained mattress.
Nothing!!! I couldn't believe how bad this place was!!! We went and bought sheets and pillows because the ones there were filthy and had stains so bad. The carpet and chairs were filthy and had stains. This place needs attention very badly. The bathtub was full of hair I never used it thank God we had only paid for one night!!! Almost stayed in our car the bed was SO uncomfortable. If it has the word Budget in the name be prepared to get what you pay for!!!
