Location to restaurants and my customer Smoking room
No useful power outlet location Toilet water ran all the time TV was way too far away from bed
Bathroom was filthy.
Proximity to area businesses.
The night staff could stand to be a little more personable. :-)
I liked room #200 I like it because it is very nice and large!
Unfortunately, the light bulbs didn't work, except for 1 in the corner, so room very dark!
Very basic but everything worked, do not expect 5 star hotel things.
Breakfast is basically only coffee, no bread etc. normal stuff.
Ok, I traveled in many dirty hostel in europe and us...but never paid 100$ for a night in one of those. And noise all night long
Well, the price is somewhat lower than in the hotels nearby. But not that much lower. Location is also not that bad and there are several shopping malls just across the road.
There are expensive hotels, there are inexpensive hotels and then there are cheap hotels. This one is VERY cheap. There's no one single flaw, but lots and lots of small annoyances: - Curtains can't be pulled tight enough to block the light from street lamps across the courtyard. - A mirror is strategically placed to reflect the light from outside into your eyes. - Shower walls are a bit grimy. - The complimentary soap/shampoo are so cheap, that it makes sense to go out and buy something else even in the middle of the night. - No soundproofing to speak of, so you can enjoy screaming babies from a room downstairs. - Internet connection is flaky. - There's no coffee maker or any kind of complimentary water. - The room where I lived had a musty smell. So I'd advise you to pay a little bit more and get a better hotel. Lots of them nearby.
The supermarket is just opposite to the hotel. There's an microwave oven but no fridge in the room.
Not very clean.
the owner gave a solid effort to help find parking for my work truck and ultimately let me block his front entry way which was "red-curb", but said it would be fine also cheaper than most hotels you will find in the area
If you arrive anytime after around 7-8 PM there will be NO parking spots left and you will have to park across the street unauthorized in the strip mall lot. This was the case EVERY night during my 4-day stay. pillow cases are left in room, but not on pillows. you have to put them on yourself! This was not an accident, because it was the case every. bathroom counters, room paint, beds, lighting, and shower are WAY out of date and desperately need to be remodeled. I felt gritty/dirty in the bed. Even though the owner was friendly, I wouldn't stay here again.
convenientt for our needs
lighting was poor, breakfast left a lot to be desired
Quiet clean bit older
Only had a smoking room available
people were nice but the facilities need some attention.
No air conditioning or TV at first. Moved to 3 rooms. mold in the bathroom
It was available and within Redwood City limit. It was clean.
Refrigerator was off therefore it was hot to put a drink or any bottle inside. Mattress was too soft; not firm bed and noisy.
Conveniently located. Friendly staff.
Towels were inferior. No hair dryer in the room. Found a live earwig in the bathroom.
fridge an micro..TV basic comfort
Room was 88 degrees at 9:15 pm when I checked in and took forever to cool down. Looked like some one had bled all over the carpet. Wall socket with no plate over it. Nothing in the room matched. Old and dated.
Too noisy, people running around in the halls and smoking
Everything was awful.
Nice enough clerk Linens clean
Everything was disgusting. Any repairs if any were unprofessional Smell of mold
The mattresses were not comfortable. The rooms smelled of overly strong cleaner. Could hear voices from other guest rooms.
Close location to Stanford University, and to restaurants. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Hotel was not in a nice part of town. No blow dryer available - not even at front office. Went to my meeting with wet hair. No iron or iron board. I was overcharged $1 for copies and made to feel like I was trying to rip off the the hotel. Pretty insulting for a professional educator! :(
Easy to reserve the room. Clean room. Close to many food and shopping options.
Doesn't feel very safe, door locks need updating. I reserved a room for 4, only had 2 towels. Shower nozzle was flimsy.
