Bedbug infestation on our room. Mice coming into room from under door. When we told management about the bedbugs, they kicked us out. They offered nothing as far as a different room or a credit for even one night. They also boast on the Booking. Com that they have cable tv and hbo, but alad there is no tv in the rooms at all. So, not only is this place a cesspool of filth and bedbugs, the management could care less and there is no tv. We spent our time catching bedbugs before they caught us.

Everything. There were people smoking meth openly throughout the whole building around little kids. The room was dirty when we got there. No closet space. No air conditioning. No food. Nowhere to park. There was a pube on the pillow. The whole place was disgusting they shouldn't even be open I don't know how they passed the city's health codes. Man working there kicked me and my two friends out for no reason after he took our money for the room. I'm probably going to sue.

This hotel was the worst one we have ever been to. Myself and my girlfriend were there for 5 minutes before we left in a hurry. There was dogs running everywhere and the smell was terrible and it was just as dirty as a junkyard . We felt very uncomfortable and were scared to leave the room that we were only in for 5 minutes. There is no bathrooms in the room and no shower. Only a bed and a sink . This place is not even a hotel it is more of a crack house with homeless people and pimps. Defiantly not a place for families or couples.

This place has a decent nightly rate and a great weekly rate if you can get them to honor it. The manager refused to give us the weekly rate of $225+tax for two people stating that they had no weekly rooms available. Th weekend manager told us that we could have paid the weekly rate at any time for the room we were on, but it was too late at that point: we were broke because we had racked up over $404 that week as we were charged almost $58/day. That really sucked!!!!

Don't even step into this place. Pathetic maintenance, very dirty, unusable toilets. Got the biggest shock of my life going there; since it was very late when I reached, I had no option but to stay for that night.

They are pet friendly, they had rats in the women's shower and downstairs! Great place to make friends: there was some guys doing heroine with the door open, I'm sure he had some great stories to share about his wall covered in porn images! It's a paradise if you have a cleaning OCD. You will be busy your entire stay disinfecting every inch of the disgusting room and showers covered in black goo and mold. The price, $45 is not enough for a life changing experience like that, it made me want to never travel again!

An unbelievable shithole. No parking, had to shell out $50 to the hotel next door to get them to park my car for the night. They had recommended a different place that might charge $15-20, but when I asked a cop for directions they strongly discouraged me from going there, as it was on the worst block of the worst neighborhood in S.F., crime-wise. No telivision, desk or wifi, contrary to promises on the reservation. The rooms were tiny, cramped things, and there was a single bathroom each for men and women at the end of the hall, to which you have a key, with an additional key for women's showers. The bathrooms are not just filthy, they are caked with finely-aged filth. Very unsafe-feeling environment. No one wanted to use their showers, we just roughed it the next day. Since the room has no bathroom, just the one for everyone, down the hall, you get a towel, washrag, and roll of toilet paper on your bed when you walk in. Many seemed to be long-term residents. Someone was pounding on doors at 2 a.m. demanding they get their room back, that had apparently been given to another tenant while they were away.

Threw staff was helpful You had to go down the hall for the bathroom and when you get there the door knob is messed up and hardly worked. Out took me forever to get it to open because it was locked and I was given an individual key for it. and I found a German cockroach in the bathroom

location was perfect and central to everything. the place was nasty, horribly filthy. there was no television in the room and the wifi is only accessible from the front room next to the office. the smell of meth was all in the air. I would not recommend this place for any traveler with any kind of decency or respect for themselves. I actually never touched the bed, didnt sleep that night one bit, as a matter of fact I hung out all night just to stay out of that horrible place.

The price can't be matched but you get what you pay for so only stay if you can't afford more. Very noisy and smelly, used needles outside the bathroom, can hear every conversation in every surrounding room.

I don't like Budget Inn...! The room is filthy.. A lot of cockroaches, crawling around the room and even your bed. think of it while your laying in bed sleeping, tired of the whole day city tour and you are sleeping with the cockroach. And you have to share your food to your roommate "cockroach". And it came to the point that i have to put something in my ears so that when i go to sleep it won't get inside in my ears. The room has a hard smell and its bothers my nose and i got headache because of the odor. I end up buying air fragrance but the odor is still their. The shared restroom is like a public restroom.

Nothing.... I payed $63 a night and I don't think it was worth that. I thought I was staying in a hotel but it was a crack house. Smelled of cigarettes, and other foul oders. The person in the other room was playing music or video games loud which could be heard through the paper thin walls. Definitely wouldn't ever stay there again or recommend anyone. During the day the sidewalk is sworremed by homeless people and at night the crack heads walk back and forth in the hallways. Total nightmare!!!

the price was to high even for this hotel. WiFi does not work in my room, only in a common room. The room/hotel was poor/dirty. If I knew this before, I had booked a hotel more outside the city.
