My stay was comfortable but this time I needed to cancel my rsvp and they would not allow which was against their policy. Although I did mention in the special requests that I would be checking in after 10pm. It just wasnt possible and they werent fle, ible at all. Also during my last stay I had a special request to check in early and they treated me horribly. I counted a record of six and a half hours of estimated wait time for my room. I really do like staying there I just wish they could be more flexible and friendly.
They were very rigid and not very friendly or willing to work with people on special requests. I.E. Early check in and cancellation policies.
Nothing at all
The bedroom presentation, the bed covers and sheets looked old. No night stand, sink was small, no hangers in the closet. The door didn't seem secure. I actually went to stay in a different place. Wish I could have my money back.
Dark light. Horrible bathroom. Feel terrified.
Nothing all over the smell Pe
Nothing I feel sorry for my self that I was there for lest that 10minutes
Restroom is substandard
- You won't find anything cheaper downtown
- Ever wondered if you'd survive the night? Here you go. - Smells as if the whole room was painted 1 hr before your arrival
It was very convenient for my purpose of being in San Francisco. Super close to the Bill Graham Auditorium! Was able to walk, had no problems with my room or any other tenants. I enjoyed my time there!
price was right and it is right in the heart of downtown
sbared bathrooms no parking
I could here a male voice outside my door. He could have possibly been on the phone or just talking to himself, but at 2am, people are trying to sleep.
Prize was good and the personal was helpful.
Only internet at the reception, where someone was sleeping with the face on the table for the guests. Smell was not good. Lots of shady people in the area, lots of homeless (only at night). Groups hanging around in the hallways, seemed like locals. Had no problem with them, seemed nice, they had their fun, but this is obviously the cheepest you can get in the central area, with people who need cheap places. As I sad, everything went fine, I just weren't sure at the beginning. Reminded me at the Hotel of the movie "Barton Fink". Haha.
solamente un toilet por piso y un ducha.
It was totally worth the money you pay for it! It's cool if you're riding solo as well
1 bathroom. But hey:)
the location & the friedly front desk
over night disturbance TV or video from neighbour rooms.(probably hot videos) unbearable & disturbing the whole night sleep & spoilled my trip
Nothing is to be liked about the premises
The management and staff are rude, and unhelpful. The property has old carpet, stained, smelly hallways, rooms are dirty, filled with bugs, and flies, they never got dusted, old furniture, and it seems mices are part of the package when u book a room at this property, woohoo enjoy ur stay!!! yeh right….
This hostel is probably the worst place I have ever been too. Very dodgy area with loads of homeless and drogadicts around. I think there were actually some of them staying in the hotel with dogs barking during the night. Very noisy during the night, listening to people talking in other rooms. I found cocroaches coming down the door of my room and the courtains. Went to have shower and found a wet pizza carton on the shower floor. I experienced two fights or arguments in which the recepcionist had to act. The place is right outside the bart station civic center and the recepcionist didnt even know when the barts starts running in the morning...
named the Budget Inn I expected a room with a toilet and shower
Nice farmers market in front of the hotel in the morning Good transport links
Smells funny Place is very run down No breakfast WiFi doesn't work in the rooms
Not much to like.
Everything. Paper thin walls, you can hear everyone.
I liked that they had a small sink in the room.
Don't even want to remember about the bad conditions of the restrooms. Besides that, it was very good.
Bedbugs Homeless people Shared bathroom Noisy Very Uncomfortable bed Paid for a queen but was given a full
I just like the location.
The hotel smells. The room has a little window with no posibility to be open, so there is no air ventilation, just when you open the door. Restrooms and showers are dirty. Public areas means a small room with a table and 5 chais, so its always full without any posibility to get a place to use wifi.
.. and since it's SF not that cheap, but the cheapest place around.
- smelled like cigarrettes. - scary guy wearing S&M across the hall opening door late at night (weird). - dirty and gross and the worst: possible bedbugs. I have a huge nasty bite on my leg. i think it came from this hotel.
