the morning staff
the night staff and where the hotel was its good for one.person there was alot of hair alover
If you like a crack den, this would be right up your alley
Lucky the door could lock
No latches in bathroom which was a shared item as also very rough tenants on the property
Filthy place, they lied there is no wifi, the owners obviously have neglected the basic maintenance if this place
Heat, bathrooms clean but hardly accessible , my knees touched the door, practically had to sit sideways.
Lot of homeless in the hotel. Rooms smell really bad. 2 restrooms for the entire hotel. People smoke cigarette and take drugs inside the hotel. I'm not goint to talking about the staff
Extremely dirty, extremely bad smells inside, a lot of drug smells in the bathroom, overall nothing is good!
Nothing I like this place
Filthy rooms and place in general, bathrooms are separate and down the hall and look like public restrooms
The enterance reeks of piss. The pillows had hair on them, the sheets had questionable stains, the shared bathrooms were dirty (the women's shower had a window that was bolted open), and the room did not have air conditioning.
The price is fair, but I advise you to pay a bit more for a better place to stay.
Comfort and quiet
Noisy residents. Filthy toilets and a horrible smell throughout the hostel
Close to the city center and union square
Bed had quite a lot of other people's hair, something I find very uncomfortable Stairwell and hallways retain a slight urine smell. this might still be from the road, downtown SF is not the cleanest place. No wifi except right next to reception Cramped showers No urinal in men's restroom
Location (at Civic Center) Apart from dirt bed was comfortable
the service over all
The bathroom and the toilet are very dirty. The room is dirty with tasks on the pillows.
When we arrived at midnight there were junkies and wanderers on the street yelling. We had to park around the corner in a public parking. The stairs of the motel smelt like piss. I felt very unsafe. The sheets were very dirty(hairs and piss in it) and the room smelt like paint. The view was an other room window. We had to share the toilet an bathroom it was this dirty if i think of it again My stomach hurts. Didn't dare to use it.
Honestly not horrible but find somewhere else if you can manage it.
There was a bed.
Smelled like piss when I walk in.
The staff was rude the room was a hovel the restroom had no tp I'll sleep in the streets nd I went there again
Dirty, uncomfortable, the smell, the noise, unsafe feeling
They were very rigid and not very friendly or willing to work with people on special requests. I.E. Early check in and cancellation policies.
My stay was comfortable but this time I needed to cancel my rsvp and they would not allow which was against their policy. Although I did mention in the special requests that I would be checking in after 10pm. It just wasnt possible and they werent fle, ible at all. Also during my last stay I had a special request to check in early and they treated me horribly. I counted a record of six and a half hours of estimated wait time for my room. I really do like staying there I just wish they could be more flexible and friendly.
The bedroom presentation, the bed covers and sheets looked old. No night stand, sink was small, no hangers in the closet. The door didn't seem secure. I actually went to stay in a different place. Wish I could have my money back.
Nothing at all
