There was terrible smell when you entered in the building. Everything was dirty and old. We did not even have a blanket in the rooms, just a sheet. The motel is in the downtown, but I do not recommend to anybody to reserve accomodation in that area. (Lot of homeless, dirty streets etc.) You will not feel yourself safe.
I'd say the location was nice, but the number of homeless around the hotel ruined it completely.
It smelled, it was very dirty, the bathrooms were for one person at a time, the room's TV didn't work, the mattress was wrapped in a giant bag,
Everything, just the biggest nightmare.
The bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a fortnight. They were mouldy and gritty on the floor. The wifi worked only in one little room near reception which could fit just 4 people comfortably. Generally tatty and grubby with threadbare carpets and scuffed doorways. Looked like it hadn't been done up since the 70s
The location of the hotel in the city made lots of things accessible.
No fan in room. No AC. Opening a window barely helped at all. Nowhere to hang anything up. Flies in common areas. Dogs barking that echoed down hallways. Construction work that started early in the morning while I was trying to sleep. Only two showers for the whole floor. Only three toilets. I can add more, but I'm too lazy.
The price is the chipest and the locstion easy for transportation.
The bed, shared toilet and bethroom aren't clean enough.
Close to the subway
Shared bathroom for one floor, dirty facilities, no phone or tv in room, no view, bees nest outside window, key that barely worked on the door. Stay away from this place
Sheets were stained, sink had mold and smelled. This place needs to be disinfected!!
Sink in each room helps
Alright, it's not the best but you know what? It's cheap. The cheapest you'll find in SF bring flip flops for the SHARED bathrooms
It's in tenderloin which is basically the skid row of SF
clean sheets, quiet room and thats it
looks terrible, very old furniture, nothing works but the bed...
A mouse + one shower per gender on each floor + someone else's blood found on pillow case + sketchy characters + everyone else at this place stays up all night
Cost. There was no hot water when I showered. Bathrooms were disgusting Wifi didn't reach my room.
cheap hotel in a bad neighborhood, fulled with homeless people. the bed was ok, but the hotel have flies, the shared shower is a mess and there's someone living there with a dog! with the same price you can stay in a hostel, shared bedroom, but probably more clean and friendly.
It was hard to find, the attendant wasn't clear on where or how to park. Walls were thin listened to the person in the next room fight most of the night. The whole place felt scetchy, the booking also didn't say it's basically a hostel , they only have shared bathrooms
Pictures on web are not as per actual situation of the hotel. Plz upload pics as it is and in current condition of the hotel.
We spent 2 nights in this place, and this was our worst 2 nights ever. Dirty, smelly, uncomfortable, noisy, undemanding was for us. I would reccommend for the homeless people only. The location can be good but the surrounded people on the street is astounding.
The only good thing about this hotel is it's location.
Noisy place, dirty shower room and toilets, too thin walls and no sound insulation, strangers in a corridor even barking dog somewhere in a neighboring room Smelly (a mixture of urine and cigarettes smells in my room and everywhere in the corridor)
Didn't keep up to guarantees.
Didn't keep guarantees
No positives. Well maybe the location and bed.
The look, the feel. Nothing really bad, but not a nice place to stay.
Only location is good. If you have no enough budget you could stay for 1-2 days max. here.
Too much noisy, room is very small and useless, not clean, smells too bad, shared bathroom and restroom terrible, not safety...
The staff is rude and yells. If u look like ur lower class they wont help u
The ONLY good about this place is the location!
The Muni is right in front of the hotel door
2 bathrooms for the whole entire floor - 1 Men, 1 Ladies. The floor has about 30 rooms. No WiFi on the second floor. Not a very enjoyable stay.
This hotel is located verl close to the BART Station at Civic Center. We can walk to several attractions from the hotel.
This hotel is quite old. It shares a bath room, but it was not very clean.
