i like the comfort and the room
i had a non smoking room but everytime we would walk in it smelled like cigarettes!'' front desk is unhelpful!
Internet is slow, no telephone and no television
Room so dirty and Smell
Overall good experience
Internet was very slow
Prostitutes pimps and drug deals hanging out in the hotel parking lot . Having to pay a $10 deposit for a TV remote and having to beg for extra towels . Ridiculous
Pool and jacuzzime
I liked that it wasn't too far from where we were heading.
The staff was so rude. I had accidentally booked this hotel, less than 2 hours later I called and he had no interest in listening to what I had to say. He was very rude over the phone. In the morning I went into the lobby, he was not polite and didn't even acknowledge that I was there! The rooms did not seem clean and I would never stay there again.
It's ok if you need somewhere to stay that's cheap and you're not staying long. The area is full of prostitutes at night. The rooms had a funny smell. The free breakfast is not worth it. They as for a $10 deposit for the tv remote. I've never had to do that anywhere. They also ask for a $20 deposit for an iron.
The unit facing the street is noisy with car noise. The air conditioner is old and one of the loudness I have ever heard in a hotel/motel. The wall and floor is paper thin that when neighbor is taking a shower, it is like they are next to your bad. People walking upstair make loud cracking noise. Ask for $10 more if you want to watch TV and the room is not cheap already given the so so area that it is located. The king room is good size but there is no table of any kind. Shampoo provided is in a form in a plastic wrap package like catchup you got from MacDonald rather in a little plastic bottle or tube.
Not much really it felt like a scum bag druggie hotel but the pics made it look ok
On a spontaneous decision. My family stayed here. It was a bad decision. There was blood and fickle matter on the door and walls in the restroom. The smell of air freshener was so strong my wife could taste it in her mouth. We had to open the windows and turn on the a/c to clear it out. Then leave the room. I will never stay there again. Plus a 10 buck deposit for the remote. Seriously! So yeah..no good... :-(
Make sure towels on room iron boar and if not have some one to deliver
They turn off the w-fi 1 day before we check out
The wood floor was quite unique. No carpet here!
Front desk staff was not the usual warm friendly type you'd find at other hotels. Not really an issue for me personally, but it does gives a bad first impression of the hotel overall. Note to the staff: A smile goes a long way...
The price was very good and the rooms were surprisingly decent. TV was complimentary with a fully refundable $10. Air conditioning was great. They had some darn good toast.
The "continental breakfast" was pretty much cereal, toast, and muffins. Probably a $5 value. The wi-fi was awful. Management made you stay outside until they received a fax from booking.com.
Room is too old
I did really like the rooms for the most part. I loved the fact that there was wooden floors and no carpet. The beds were nice.
I booked the hotel there because I wanted to go into the jacuzzi and pool. Jacuzzi was broken and pool was filthy. Bathtub had no way to plug it up to take a bath. There was mold on the bathroom walls and they tried to paint over it. Management wasnt willing to fix the problem.
Cable tv room size
Staff was rude. Charges different prices than ones quoted. Noisy dirty
Nothing, the towels were dirty and there were hairs near or on the clean towels. Why can't there be good service for a good low price?
The front desk agent made it difficult to borrow the iron. The only accept $20 in cash when I wanted to leave him a credit card. Its the same thing. He could have charged me $20 but said it was difficult to charge $20 and then reverse it. "Its not difficult!!! He just didn't want to do it." Where is the customer service, where is the flexibility. It was a very uncomfortable situation. The cheaper the hotel, the less they want to work with their guest.
Sauna was not working, cost is pretty high for that type of room.
It was the worst hotel there were prostitutes everywhere the beds were not comfotable the blankets were not clean it was the worst hotel ive ever stayed in.
Free Wifi Free breakfast Spacious rooms w/mini fridge, microwave & coffee machine
LOUD!! The wood-like floors are nice but not a good idea in a 3 story building. The walls are thin & the windows single pane. SO DAMN LOUD
Time magazine in the lobby from 2007. C'mon. Really?
There were no towels in the room had to go to front desk to get them
