The room was filthy... As in neglected for months or years filthy. Half a dozen cigarette burns on the nightstand, some on the bed, fabric chairs so stained I was afraid to sit on them- tile floors spotted with some thing sticky, and the grout had long worn away so when you stepped on them they cracked. The walls were splattered with different unknown liquids. No blanket, and our internet was cutoff in the morning before 8 am.

Proximity to weekend event, friendliness of hotel staff Everything else. Room was over priced and disgusting. Looked like blood spatter on bedroom ceiling. Stains on carpet. Shower ceiling was moldy and crumbling. Maid did not clean the room for the 3 days we stayed there.

It had an air conditioner and 2queen beds Paint peeling off ceiling and walls, ants in bathroom, no bar in closet to hang our clothes, charged us $10 over the stated price, did not accept American express card, breakfast was stale bread and rotten apples with coffee that was it!

The hotel is pet friendly. There was a leak in the bathroom (sink or shower--not sure). At night a strange woman knocked on my door, which made me wonder if she was a prostitute. :(
