New carpet, bed,price,refrigerator,no windows on parking side.

Dirty blinds,freezer needed defrosting, sidewalk needed sweeping.

Price was right!

Not as clean as the last time i was there. And the walls are thin, if you know what I mean.

Location is conveniently near to Niagara Falls

Rooms smell and heating is not individually controlled

it is cost efficient and is close to Buffalo State College so I could visit my daughter for the weekend

Needs some repairs in the rooms, more towels and toiletries if 2 or more people are staying in the room.

Nothing, was the cheapest room available when I booked just before a long weekend. My fault for waiting too long.

The room had a really strange chemical smell. The blankets were mediocre and the pillows were thinner than a pancake and hard like steel. Additionally the dumpster was 2 feet from our room door and had signs posted all over it warning about NOT feeding RATS.

Bathroom mold, dirty shower, low watter pressure, sink facets low pressure, sink drainage poor, low low low grade place.

** Room Too small ** Much too expensive (111$, the mot expensive in a month's trip!) ** Rug very old, worn and dirty ** Bed blanket dirty with disgusting rigid spots ** No electric plugs available for reloading phone and computer. I had to unplug the fridge for that ** Only one key for two people, the manager wanted 30$ for a second one

Good value for the price.

Convenient location for our trip...right in between Buffalo and Niagara. Best available price in the area. Room was clean, somewhat comfortable, and shower had good water pressure. Good working air conditioner, microwave and refridgerator included.

Appearance was "truck-stop motel". Beds were ok, but updated bedding could have made a big difference. If you are looking for a good deal, and not planning to stay in the room much, this is an ok deal for the price. Maybe bring your own pillows and blankets.

Problems with electricity when we used Microwave.

The staff was great, check in seamless, the rooms were large enough, and clean. I was surprised to see a microware and fridge which will come in handy the next time we stay. Its location was great for getting to my family. We have and will recommend this motel to anyone staying in the area.

This Motel was clean and roomy. The beds were comfy. I was surprised to see a fridge and micro ware, nice extra. We will stay there again when we come to visit family again, Next time we will bring snacks.

Ok motel. Nothing special, but perfect for a night. We used it for visiting the Niagara Falls, which is about a 15-20minute drive. Clean sheets and an ok bed.

Solicitei quartos para não fumantes, mas o quarto em que fiquei hospedado estava com um cheiro terrível de cigarro. Os outros dois quartos que agendei para meus amigos também estavam com esse cheiro. Havia restos de cinza de cigarro no chão do banheiro de meu quarto.

I did not reserve a high end hotel therefore did not expect one. The hotel was clean and just right for a bed to sleep in. The decore was out dated. But clean.

The hotel was outdated and I would have liked to have seen the screens on the windows free of old dust. It would have made the room feel cleaner.

Actually it is very old motel...and you won't get a feel of staying in a paid facility (No value for Money $149). I read somewhere online that it is renovated...but not true! I don't want to recommend this to someone due to below reasons: 1. Operator/front desk not available 24x7 if you need to make an inquiry. 2. Except TV, others (A/c. Fridge, Oven) were not that useful 3. The main door, bathroom door locks are damaged. 4. Very bad lighting inside the room. I afraid and somehow adjusted a night there!

The a/c worked. No bedbugs (plastic on mattresses).

Absolutely filthy. Tv didn't work. No clock/alarm.

Room desperately needed renovation. There was only one chair for a tiny table. (The chair still had the price tag on it.) The room was very small and it was difficult to move around, but I guess that's what you get for the price. The lighting could also have been improved; it was very dim.

it is ok to stay unless no budget constraint. You feel it is very congested. Everywhere you feel it is very old furniture etc.

Shampoo was not good... :-) and also, towel was very rough. Front door was very hard to close/open (good for people having small kids... :-) )
