The maid was friendly when she was allowed to clean the room by mgmt. We had to complain to front desk just to get clean sheets and they said they only do room service every three days. On the sixth day we had to argue with the front desk on what day the room was cleaned previously. This poor excuse for room service should be posted as a warning before booking. While on the internet the service got disconnected by the isp with a message of the payment was past due. The room smelled terrible. The carpet was old and very worn. The old mattress had springs sticking out of the sides. The door looked insecure due to the split door jam. This place should not even have a star rating but a warning to all stay somewhere else. This place is nasty!!!

20% discount at Denny's just by showing your room key. Good parking. Kind staff with great customer service. Mandatory service fee and taxes. I don't use the linen or towels provided in motels. And I request to not have my room cleaned for safety reasons. They told me that because i received such a low rate that they could not waive the service fee. The rate I had was the regular advertised rate.

The man in the office was very nice and accommodating. We stayed extra time beyond our booking and he made us a very excellent offer. Was also very kind to my kids... No extra channels in the room and no pool....

nothing we didnt have towel toilet paper no housekeeping the whole week not worth the money i spent. the room extremely small uncomfortable.no phone line

Had to change rooms 3 times due to different problems and a roach crawling over the nightstand. It was not a good experience. Manager was concerned about giving us enough towels and washclothes.

the room could've been a little more clean and nobody didn't come and clean the room not one time and the room have a bad odor to it we stayed there Friday or Saturday and my friend and her room show some very very unsanitary thing under the bed it was embarrassing because i book the motel if i had to will i stay again no!!
