The location was convenient to Graceland. The beds were fairly comfortable. The breakfast staff was kind.
There was essentially no internet. I couldn't stay connected for more than a few minutes, if at all, and the staff had no idea how to resolve it. Need a serious upgrade. The place was old, dingy, and run down, something I'd expect from a 1 or 2 star motel. The room smelled strongly of mildew. All in all, the place was far inferior to the three-star's we stayed at before and after.
Pretty close drive to Graceland.
We were put into a smoking room at first, which was dirty, smelly, and dark. We were able to move to non-smoking rooms which were considerably cleaner and brighter, thank goodness! The elevator also stopped working while we were there.
I liked the location
When we first walked in, there was a pair of underwear behind a plant in the lobby. And the furniture in the rooms were stained. And the room smelled.
old, dirty...way way over rated. This is a 1 star facility.
Having to leave a deposit for a smoke free room. I haven't smoked my entire life and cannot stand the smell of a smoked filled room. A smoker do not have to leave a deposit for a smoked room, why should have to leave one for a non-smoked room. I was insulted when the receptionist said that I should trust her if it's said that someone observed smoke smell in the room, even when I know it did not come from me. I made sure that the room was checked before I left Memphis.
Great location, staff couldn't do enough for you. Easy access to Graceland etc.
Wifi signal poor
Seen a bug
Unfortunately, VERY slow internet. Does not work even sometimes.
I did not like anything the place smelled and I got ringworms from the pillows. I had hair in my sheets. This place needs to be closed down!
The place smelled when you walked in. The staff said it was non smoking but the rooms smelled like cigarettes the hallways smelled like the carpet was molded. I had hair in my blanket that was not mine! And to top it off the Monday after I got home I noticed I had two ringworms on the side of my face from the pillows! Do not waist your money!
I was very scared to stay here after reading some of the reviews so I decided to give it a try since it was last minute. I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Wasn't far from where we was going and one of the best free breakfast I've ever had. I ill definitely stay here again.
They can do a little upgrading to their hotel. Other than that no complaints.
Fair price and convenient to our destination. I'd rate the place as average - I've stayed in much better and much worse. So this was ok for the money
part of the hotel is smoking and you can smell the old smoke smell.
Staff at front desk was pleasant.
Dirty; nonsmoking room smelled like a smoking room; bedspread hadn't been washed in forever; bathroom was cramped, to say the least; furniture was dirty and stained; AC didn't cool; breakfast was cold sausage which we were told to heat in a toaster; room door didn't clues properly. Do not recommend.
Staff friendly and courteous. Gave us upgraded suite for same price. Will definitely stay again.
No pool. Close to trucking terminals.
location near airport. clean rooms adequate breakfast
paid for shuttle and when needed at end of flight, called and got no confirmation from staff that it was coming and had a very ill spouse who had to be taken to an emergency room ASAP. car was at hotel and had to get to it so took a cab to the hotel for $16 when already paid for shuttle round trip, and did not get a refund on the already paid cost of the room for 8/10 even though it was an emergency situation. Front desk clerk was by me considered incompetent.
Nice staff, reasonable price, clean, close to airport.
Friendliness and courtesy of the staff.
Breakfast. It was filling, but not particularly a high light of the stay.
bathroom mold, toilet seat broken, spider web all over, and window is very filithy.. bed dirty, ice bucket with dirty water..no security gate off track and wont open...we went out almost all day then no one cleaning the room..Breakfast was very bad.. I would never go back to hotel again..Carl, mt. washington
I've stayed in hotels from 20 dollars to 200 and this was the Dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in
Comfort rooms and location
NO wifi kind of boring!!!
Wonderful staff. We were inadvertently booked into a smoking room so the lady at the front desk upgraded us into a suite. Nice comfortable bed. Good breakfast.
Close to Airport easy to find. Could have a better sign at the end of the driveway.
The hotel needs a complete renovation to be more appealing to the guests. The beds should be more comfotable. The chairs in the room were stained and looked discusting.
Closer to the highway then I thought. Great location!
I didn't like you couldn't bring the free breakfast to your room, but I could understand why although I didn't get an explanation.
It was old and run down. We cancelled and move to the Drury.
