I am dealing with my bank on 6 overdraft fees since the hotel put a hold on my account over the amount I was to be charged. You should be advised of these holds and the amount.

Good continental breakfast served every morning. The staff is very nice and friendly.

The carpet in the room is outdated and clearly worn out.

The staff is great. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

The first room they gave us was smoke-filled, even though we had a non-smoking reservation. In the second room on the 6th flloor, we heard every shower from late into the night and early in the morning.

we were very disappointed with the hotel.we chose it because of all the glowing reviews other customer has left. But its all false. The hotel is in desperate need of updation and redecoration. The rooms were bad-smells awful, plumbling leaking,carpets worn out.
they have one small swimmming pool and a spa/jacuzzi which didnot work properly.

everything is in need of improvement.Even then so-called complimentary shuttle services to amusement parks needs improvement.The shuttles were late and when they arrived, it was full and we had to stand all the way.

Ronduit slecht. We hebben er slechts 1 nacht geslapen, service was
slecht, er was van alles stuk in de kamer, hooguit 1 ster als quotering.
Ontbijt was slecht en een klucht. De ontbijtruimte had dubbel zo groot
moeten zijn voor het aantal kamers.Het zwembad was vies! We moesten
zelfs 2 nachten betalen hoewel we er slechts 14u zijn geweest.
