The room prices were great for a family on a budget.
There were several issues with our reservations. Check in staff was not very helpful in resolving the problems. The rooms were dirty.
Will I didn't like that fact I was in a room with 2 queen beds. When I requested one king size bed. And I talked to staff , he said the hotel was booked.
Waited 2 hrs. in line to check-in. restaurants have poor service.
The bathroom door was mass up. It I close it .I mite not beable to get out. B -9 flood
If was good
I need a refrigerator to keep my medication cold they charge me nine dollars a day so if u need a refrigerator to be really to pay the money
The TV was so old and fuzzy-terrible reception. No WIFI...really? Coffee pot would of been nice. We stayed in the A tower, maybe B tower would have been better??
Rooms could be updated
Everything was great
House keeping was nice and front desk
The shower and carpet was very stained and old tc
T.V had few good channels, no avsilsble coffee machine, electric outlets wouldn't hold extension cords. Whole facilities felt and looked OLD. Also the sign Hotel entrance was not the actual hotel entrance. That one led into the rooms -- not to registration. The set up of the towers was very confusing and not dnough signage without having to ask for directions. I won't be staying in your facilities again.
Staff was very nice and attentive. Carpets in hotel could use cleaning. Overall, good and would stay there again.
Price was good, rooms appeared nice.
As soon as we walked in, cockroaches scattered. Dozen or more in the bathroom, disgusting.
nice facilities friendly vip staff
nothing was open during midweek stay, no rides, kids stuff, etc hotel operator was discourteous when we reported a flood of water in our room from the a/c unit
Access to freeway
Asked for a nonsmoking room but the room smelled of cigarrette smoke anyway. There were no facial tissues in box. Bathroom floor wet from leaky shower.
Staff was very nice and professional. Hotel was clean, but needs updating. All in all, I'd stay again for sure and recommend to anyone.
Toilet constantly ran and I had to shut it off by hNd every time I used it. This should have been repaired before I ever got into the room. TV was outdated and not functioning properly.
They were the only place in primm who allowed dogs.
I got eaten alive by bed bugs and something bit my hand it got so swollen and red which has never happened in my life! Under the bed had so much trash from previous guests and people we met in the hallway left because of ants and cock roaches. No conditioner, terrible tube tv with no sound, spotlight right on the room window and really questionable elevators.
I liked the location and price
Hotel put me in a smoking and I reserved a non smoking due to a kate check in.
Check in couldn't find my booking for 15 minutes. Once found the worker kept trying to double charge me. Alarms went off 2 of 3 days we were there. The day of check out the alarms went off for 15 minutes at a not 10am. I had to call front desk to make sure we didn't need to evacuate since they didn't bother to let customers know they were testing alarms.
The carpet needs to be replaced
Reasonable rates, convenient location on way to Las Vegas.
Rooms are not in the greatest condition anymore.
Easy express checki in.
Non-smoking appeared to be a real non-smoking area. Casino didn't smell bad either even though they allow smoking. Must have some kind of air cleaning system. I liked that they had several restaurants in the building including Panda Express and Denny's.
Parking for my truck and trailer sucked and was way far from the rooms. Except for the burger joint Denny's and Panda Express, and Mcdonald's all the better restaurants were closed early Sunday on a holiday weekend.
