Price was good, rooms appeared nice.
As soon as we walked in, cockroaches scattered. Dozen or more in the bathroom, disgusting.
nice facilities friendly vip staff
nothing was open during midweek stay, no rides, kids stuff, etc hotel operator was discourteous when we reported a flood of water in our room from the a/c unit
Access to freeway
Asked for a nonsmoking room but the room smelled of cigarrette smoke anyway. There were no facial tissues in box. Bathroom floor wet from leaky shower.
I liked the location and price
Hotel put me in a smoking and I reserved a non smoking due to a kate check in.
The carpet needs to be replaced
Reasonable rates, convenient location on way to Las Vegas.
Rooms are not in the greatest condition anymore.
Easy express checki in.
Non-smoking appeared to be a real non-smoking area. Casino didn't smell bad either even though they allow smoking. Must have some kind of air cleaning system. I liked that they had several restaurants in the building including Panda Express and Denny's.
Parking for my truck and trailer sucked and was way far from the rooms. Except for the burger joint Denny's and Panda Express, and Mcdonald's all the better restaurants were closed early Sunday on a holiday weekend.
Everything is very convienent
Bell service takes to long
It was cleaner and more comfortable than some high end hotels I have paid for.
There was a sock under one of the beds. Although it was just a sock and it could have been worse... that should have been taken care of... c'mon housekeeping.
Bed was comfortable.
Shower was filthy. Carpet smelled like urine. Cockroaches. Gave a couple a two bed, ground floor, pet-friendly room looking at parking lot when there were better more appropriate choices to offer. We were too tired to fight it!
Everything the beds were the best thing
Not enough rides open for the kids
The hallway walking up to the room, smelled horrible of cat urine. The room was dirty, there was still pet food kibble on the floor in the entry way. The door looked like a pet tried to scratch his way out, and was never repaired. We have stayed in this place many times, never had a problem...I will never return to this hotel.
But I really liked the housekeeping ladies service and friendliness.
Dirty rooms Felt bad for my kids wanting to ride the Desperado and did not have a chance too. and waiting to long in line to check out.
Beds too soft. Furniture out dated. Room and hallways dirty because of the dirty carpets. Many attractions and resturants closed during the week, especially when u have children. All in all a very unhappy place to be.
No one there, resturants closed.
Got upgraded after filling a complaint about the smell of the room .got a renovated room that did not smelled
First room we git ac did not work and it smell like urine second room also smelled like urine.
this place was kid friendly and had a movie theater.
we bought 3 day pass for the rides and only the roller coaster and log ride were working, the shooting part of the log ride wasn't working and we still had to pay full price, definitely wasn't worth it especially since they only rode the roller coaster once and said it was too rough and hurt their backs.
Express check in and checkout.
Bathroom door was terribly to slide in and out. . For myself, my 72 yr old mom, and teenage kids. .
I liked that everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
I didn't like Denny's the food was bad and the servers were rude left us waiting for a really long time, and still did not bring what we asked for. I would not eat there again.
The bed, slept great
