We enjoyed every moment of our stay with one exception; one of the beds in our room was soaked through wet from the bead spread to the mattress. The hotel was gracious enough to comp a meal for us however it did not discount the fact that we NEEDED both beds. On a more pleasant note, one staff member in particular, Perpetual, is a lovely human being and would be an excellent representative on a higher level of ANY hospitality related business! We have recommended the hotel and would stay again when next in our beloved Boston.

The location was good and using the subway lines you were very flexible. The bed (King Size) was big and very comfortable. There was no Minibar and safe, which should be a must if a hotel wants to meet certain standards. The bathroom was spacious but looked empty. The internet provided was a bit slow.

We stayed for a long weekend. The rooms were clean, but on the small side. We were able to walk around the city easily enough. We did not spend much time at the hotel, so it worked for us very well for the price. We took the subway to and from the airport. The hotel offered a shuttle for $25.00. The valets seemed very nice.

My husband and I decided at the last minute to head to Boston for a few days. The Bulfinch had rooms available and the price was right. Location was perfect for us, close to the Garden, North End, Quincy Market and the waterfront. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Very interesting building...just like the flat iron building in nyc The staff were very informative and friendly but the main reason was price/location. The beds were very comfortable. The cost of overnight car parking and the fact that there is on street parking but every second night there is street cleaning clearance and there is inadequate street signage to this fact and you guessed it we got fined.

Hotel and Valet staff very friendly,helpful and accomodating. They could improve on their choice of bath soap (didn't lather very well). Tv / Remote dated. No pen and paper in the room to use. The advertised Wi-Fi availability, making it sound as if it was hotel wide..when in fact it was only availble in the lobby and restaurant!
